 CHECKLIST.
 REVIEW UNDER 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2007
 REVISIONS.
  
 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE AND HOW MUCH
 CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR THE EXISTING HOUSE. BRING BACK
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3- NEED TO OBTAIN A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE DEMOLITION
 OF THE EXISTING HOUSE.
  
 4- PERMIT VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 IS TOO LOW. VALUATION WAS UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 108.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004 TO $128,668.
 THEREFORE, OWES $2161.79 FOR UPDATED VALUATION AND
 RADON FEES.
  
 5- PLANS TO SPECIFY ALL LIVE AND DEAD LOADS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R301.1 AND TABLE R301.5 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. NOTE: ATTIC LIVE LOADS NEED TO BE
 INCLUDED ALSO.
  
 6- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) PRECAST LINTELS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 B) ENTRY DOOR AND KITCHEN AND BEDROOM EXTERIOR DOORS.
 CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH PRODUCT APPROVAL IS FOR THE
 ENTRY AND ALL OTHER OPENINGS.
 ***NOTE: NOA 02-1211.10 SUBMITTED EXPIRED ON JULY 17,
 2008. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 C) HURRICANE SHUTTERS: PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE. COMPLETE ALL THE
 INFORMATION AND CLEARLY MARK ON SHUTTERS DRAWINGS
 SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS (EG: WALL MOUNTED, BUILD
 OUT, ETC) AND SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE
 USED.
  
 7- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 8- ENERGY CALCULATIONS: OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE
 BOTTOM OF FORM.
  
 9- SINCE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE TAKEN THE CEILING
 FAN CREDIT, THEN THE ELECTRICAL PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW SIZE
 OF CEILING FANS AS REQUIRED BY TABLE 13-607.1.A.1 OF
 FBC 2004. AND, THEY NEED TO BE INSTALLED FOR
 INSPECTION.
