 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) THE PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE OF
 THE BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 6; TABLE 601
 AND TABLE 503. PLEASE INDICATE THE NUMBER OF STORIES
 AND HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4) SHEET CS: THE DRAWINGS STATE LEVEL 3 ALTERATION.
 ALTERATION LEVEL 3 OCCURS WHEN THE WORK AREA EXCEEDS 50
 PERCENT OF THE AGGREGATE AREA OF THE BUILDING WITHIN A
 TWELVE MONTH PERIOD. DOES THE WORK MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC (EXISTING) 305.1?
  
 5) A SPRINKLER HEAD LAYOUT SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 PLANS TO SHOW THE NEW LOCATION OF THE NEW AND OLD
 SPRINKLER HEADS IN RELATION TO THE NEW CONSTRUCTED
 WALLS.106.3.5.1.1(5) AND FS 553.79(2). THIS INFORMATION
 CAN BE INDICATED ON THE CEILING PLANS.
  
 6) SHEET A-2 MAKES REFERENCE TO DETAIL # ON SHEET A-2
 WHICH DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH ANY OF THE DETAILS SHOWN
 ON THAT SAID SHEET. CLARIFY.
  
 7) (2004 FBC) 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE &
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED & SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
