 WHOLE BUILDING. PLEASE REVIEW 13-101.1.3. RENOVATIONS
 AND 13-202 DEFINITION FOR RENOVATIONS. BY DEFINTION
 THIS IS NOT A RENOVATION.SEE 13-400.0.C.4. EXISTING
 BUILDINGS NOT MEETING THE DEFINTION OFA RENOVATION IN
 WHICH NEW HEATING,COOLING,WATER HEATING, ELECTRICAL OR
 LIGHTING SYSTEMS ARE INSTALLED SHALL MEET THE BASIC
 PRESCRIPTIVE MINIMUM EFFICIENCIES LISTED IN THE CODE
 FOR THE SYSTEMS BEING CHANGED.

 APPROACH, AND SHEET A4.1 DETAIL# 4 ALSO INDICATE DOORS
 ON THE FRONT MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR A FRONT APPROACH.
 11-4.24.2 HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE MOUNTED WITH THE
 COUNTER OR RIM NO HIGHER THAN 34" ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR.
 11-4.24.3 KNEE CLEARANCE THAT IS AT LEAST 27" HIGH 30"
 WIDE, AND 19" DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDERNEATH SINKS
 11-4.2.4 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN FRONT OF A SINK TO ALLOW
 FORWARD APPROACH. THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19
 INCHES (485 MM) UNDERNEATH THE SINK.
 11-4.24.5 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AT
 LEAST 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES (760 MM BY 1219 MM)
