 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF: AS THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE (LISTED AS
 "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 3. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT THE ZLDR,
 SECTION 94-305(B)(4): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED FRONT
 CONCRETE ENTRY ADDITION. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION
 94-305(B): STRUCTURAL INTRUSIONS. STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS,
 INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BALCONIES, CORNICES,
 GUTTERS, EAVES, AND ROOF OVERHANG PROJECTIONS SHALL NOT
 EXTEND FARTHER THAN THREE FEET INTO ANY SETBACK.
  
 5. INDICATE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED REAR
 CONCRETE DECK ADDITION TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
 THE DEPTH OF THE PROPOSED REAR CONCRETE DECK SHOWN ON
 SHEET SP-1 IS INCONSISTENT WITH THE DIMENSION SHOWN ON
 SHEET A-1. PLEASE CORRELATE ALL PLANS.
  
 6. INDICATE OVERHANG DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED REAR
 DECK ADDITION. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(B):
 OVERHANGS SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN THREE (3) FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 7. THE PROPOSED CLOSET ADDITION ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE EXCEEDS THE DISTRICT?S SETBACK
 REGULATIONS. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-77(2):
 MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDINGS.
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
 B. CORNER: 15 FEET OR TEN FEET IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60
 FEET WIDE;
 C. REAR: 15 FEET;
 D. SIDE: 15 FEET; OR FIVE FEET, MINIMUM OF 15 FEET
 TOTAL IF LOT IS LESS THAN 50 FEET WIDE.
  
 NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-513(A)(2):
 REGULATION OF NONCONFORMING USES. NONCONFORMING
 STRUCTURES OR BUILDINGS SHALL NOT BE IMPROVED,
 CONSTRUCTED, ENLARGED, OR ALTERED IN ANY MANNER TO
 CREATE A NEW NONCONFORMITY OR TO INCREASE AN EXISTING
 NONCONFORMITY, BUT MAY BE IMPROVED, CONSTRUCTED,
 ENLARGED, OR ALTERED AS LONG AS NO NEW NONCONFORMITY IS
 CREATED OR AN EXISTING NONCONFORMITY INCREASED.
  
 NOTE: THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
