 1. SHT A-1 CODE CRITERIA IN THE GENERAL NOTES AND
 FOUNDATION NOTES SHALL INCLUDE THE 2007 AMENDMENTS.
 SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 2. SHT A-1 SANITARY ISOMETRIC RISER DIAGRAM DOES NOT
 REFLECT THE FLOOR NOR MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS. THE NEW
 TOILET BY THE PARLOR SHOWS THE LAV ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF
 THE ROOM BUT THE RISER SHOWS THE LAV ON THE LEFT SIDE
 OF THE ROOM AND THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A SHOWER BUT THE
 RISER INDICATES A TUB. -- THE BATHROOM BY THE UTILITY
 ROOM SHOWS A SHOWER ON THE RISER DIAGRAM BUT SHOWS A
 TUB ON THE FLOOR PLAN. -- THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS A WASH
 MACHINE CONNECTION BUT THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON THE RISER
 DIAGRAM. PLEASE CORRELATE THE FLOOR PLAN AND RISER
 DIAGRAM SO THEY REFLECT WHAT WILL BE INSTALLED.
 SECTIONS 106.1.1 AND 701.1.
  
 2. SHT A-1 SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM SHOWS THE SEWER
 CONNECTION FROM THE GUEST HOUSE RUNNING THROUGH THE
 MAIN HOUSE BUILDING DRAIN. PER SECTION 701.3, EVERY
 BUILDING HAVING PLUMBING FIXTURES INSTALLED AND
 INTENDED FOR HUMAN HABITATION, OCCUPANCY OR USE ON
 PREMISES ABUTTING ON A STREET, ALLEY OR EASEMENT IN
 WHICH THERE IS A PUBLIC SEWER SHALL HAVE A SEPARATE
 CONNECTION WITH THE SEWER. WHERE LOCATED ON THE SAME
 LOT, MULTIPLE BUILDINGS SHALL NOT BE PROHIBITED FROM
 CONNECTING TO A COMMON BUILDING SEWER THAT CONNECTS TO
 THE PUBLIC SEWER. -- THE GUEST HOUSE SHALL CONNECT TO
 THE SEWER, NOT THE BUILDING DRAIN FOR ANOTHER BUILDING.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
 COLLATED PLANS TO BE REVIEWED.
