 THIS REVIEW WAS DONE UNDER THESE CURRENT CODE CYCLES:
  
 THE 2004 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, 2007 REVISIONS, 2005
 NEC, NFPA-72 2002, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 1, AND
 FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
  
 ALL COMMENTS RELATE TO SHEET E-1, UNLESS OTHERWISE
 NOTED
  
 1} INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE ?EXISTING? SERVICE ENTRANCE
 CONDUCTORS SO THAT COMPLIANCE WITH 230.31 CAN BE
 DETERMINED.
  
 2} 230.70 GENERAL.
 MEANS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO DISCONNECT ALL CONDUCTORS IN
 A BUILDING OR OTHER STRUCTURE FROM THE SERVICE-ENTRANCE
 CONDUCTORS. THE AHJ HAS DETERMINED THAT ?NEAREST POINT
 OF ENTRANCE? SHALL BE NO FARTHER THAN 8? OF UNPROTECTED
 CONDUCTORS. INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS ARTICLE ON
 THE PLAN. A DISCONNECTING MEANS IS REQUIRED FOR PANEL
 ?B?, WHICH IS INCORRECTLY LABELED ?SUB PANEL?, AS IT
 DOES NOT FEED FROM A PANEL BUT RATHER THE METER.
  
 3} INDICATE THE FEEDER AND GROUND CONDUCTOR SIZE NUMBER
 AND TYPE FOR THE 100 AMP PANEL SHOWN ON THE RISER.
  
 4} INDICATE THE FEEDER INFORMATION FROM THE METER TO
 THE 150 AMP DISCONNECT ON THE RISER.
  
 5} AN EQUIPMENT GROUNDING CONDUCTOR MUST BE INSTALLED
 FROM THE FIRST MEANS OF DISCONNECT TO THE PANEL PER
 250.118, SIZED PER 250.122.
  
 6} PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE GEC SYSTEM SHOWN ON THE
 RISER AND COMPLIANCE WITH 250.52 AND 250.6, AS WITH TWO
 GROUNDS FROM THE SAME SERVICE WOULD APPEAR TO PROVIDE A
 PARALLEL PATH VIOLATING THOSE ARTICLES.
  
 7} CIRCUIT # 7, 9 IN PANEL ?A? INDICATES ?LAUNDRY @
 1500 VA ON A SINGLE POLE BREAKER. CLARIFY WHAT THIS
 FEEDS.
  
 8} CIRCUITS 13 THROUGH 23 INDICATE #14 CONDUCTORS ON A
 12 AMP BREAKER, PANEL ?A?, AND THE SAME ON CIRCUITS
 7THROUGH 15, PANEL ?B?. SEE 240.6 STANDARD AMPERE
 RATINGS, AND 310.16, 210.11(C)(1), 210.11(C)(3).
  
 9} CIRCUITS 24, 25 AND 31 PANEL ?A? AND 16 AND 17,
 PANEL ?B?, MUST HAVE #12 CONDUCTORS. 310.16,
 210.11(C)(3), 210.11(C)(1).
  
 10} PROVIDE MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTA
 HOT WATER HEATERS SHOWN ON THE PLAN WHICH SHALL INCLUDE
 NRTL LISTING AND LABELING, WATTAGE AND AMPERAGE.
  
 11} THE INSTA HOT LOCATIONS IN BOTH UNITS ARE IN
 VIOLATION OF 110.26 CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS AND
 240.24(D) LOCATION PROHIBITION.
  
 12} LOCATE THE AIR HANDLERS ON THE PLAN, BOTH UNITS.
  
 13} A RECEPTACLE MUST BE ADDED IN THE ?KITCHENETTE? FOR
 SPACING REQUIREMENTS OF 210.52(A)(1) AND A GFI ON THE
 COUNTERTOP PER 210.8(A)(6).
  
 14} THE ISLAND IN THE NEW KITCHEN IS REQUIRED TO HAVE
 RECEPTACLES PER 210.52(C)(2).
  
 15} THE COUNTER TOP SPACE IN THE KITCHEN BETWEEN THE
 SINK AND OVEN IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A RECEPTACLE PER
 210.52(C)(1), AND BE GFI PER 210.8(A)(6).
  
 NOTE: SEE THE DEFINITION OF "SMOKE DETECTORS" 11.8.2.1
 NFPA-72, CLARIFY IF USING DETECTORS OR ALARMS, TO AVOID
 CONFUSION IN THE FIELD.
