 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK
 UP.
  
 2- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED.
 ***NOTE: CLEARLY IDENTIFY ON PRODUCT APPROVAL SPECIFIC
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE USED AND SPECIFIC BASE SHEET
 FASTENING OPTION. ALSO, PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7. IF THOSE
 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED, THEN
 PROVIDE THEM SIGNED AND SEALED. SEE GENERAL LIMITATION
 #7 ON LAST PAGE OF PRODUCT APPROVAL. ( NOTE: APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY WITH GENERAL LIMITATION #9 MAY NOT BE USED IN
 THIS PROJECT. CHECK THE UPLIFT PRESSURES).
  
 B) SHUTTERS AND COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SEE
 ATTACHED SAMPLE.
 ALSO, MARK ON SHUTTERS DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING
 CONDITIONS (EG: WALL MOUNT, BUILD OUT, ETC) AND ANCHOR
 TYPE AND SPACING TO BE USED).

 SPECIFIC MULLION SIZE AND ANCHOR TO BE USED TO VERIFY

 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.

 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1.2 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL

 3- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 4- AFTER DRAWINGS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO HISTORIC
 DISTRICT PLANNER TO GET APPROVAL STAMP.
  
 5- SPECIFY SLOPE FOR FLAT ROOF TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH SEC. R905.9.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 6 PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 13-600.0 FBC 2004.

 INFORMATION IS PROVIDED. ALSO, MAKE SURE OWNER/AGENT

 7- OWES $0.38 FOR RADON FEES.
  
 8- SINGLE HUNG 24 WINDOWS SPECIFIED ON PLANS DON'T
 COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.1.2 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 9- SPECIFY THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL OPENINGS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 10- PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS IN PLANS AND WALL SECTIONS
 TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2 LAYERS OF WATER VAPOR
 BARRIER AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.6.3 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 11- SHEET A-1:
 A) ROOF FRAMING PLAN: *SPECIFY NEW GIRDER TO CARRY THE
 ROOF JOISTS. AND SPECIFY POSTS TO SUPPORT IT AT BOTH
 ENDS. SEE FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET A-2 BY NEW KITCHEN AREA.
 IT CALLS FOR "NEW GIRDER FOR NEW 12" RAISED ROOF".
 ** PROVIDE DETAIL SHOWING HOW CONNECTING THE NEW ROOF
 JOISTS TO THE NEW GIRDER. CONNECTOR B1 IS A STRAP. NEED
 TO PROVIDE JOIST HANGER. SEE COMMENTS ON PLANS.
  
 B) UPDATE GENERAL NOTES AND FOUNDATION NOTES TO REFER
 TO THE 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2007
 REVISIONS, NOT 2006.
  
 C) REVISE ROOF FRAMING NOTES. ROOF FRAMING PLAN DOESN'T
 SPECIFY ROOF TRUSSES.
  
 12- SHEET A-2:
 A) REVISE LOCATION OF NEW ATTIC ACCESS FOR ACCESSORY
 BUILDING AND MAIN BUILDING TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 HEADROOM REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R807 OF 2004 FLORIDA
