 & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. THIS INFORMATION
 SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE. STATE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION ON THE
 DRAWINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION OF THE CODE.
  
 5) PROVIDE A LETTER FROM A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER STATING
 THE EXISTING STRUCTURE WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THE
 WEIGHT OF THE NEW CONCRETE FLOOR. THE LETTER SHALL
 INCLUDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE AND THICKNESS OF THE NEW
 CONCRETE FLOOR; THE PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE THIS
 INFORMATION. THE LETTER SHALL ALSO MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
 61G15-23.002.
  
 6) THE CITY PLACE APPROVAL STAMP SHALL BE INITIAL BE
 THE PERSON WHO STAMP THE PLANS. EACH PAGE IS MISSING
 THE INITIAL ON THE STAMP.
  
 7) (2004 FBC) 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE &
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED & SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
