 3. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED SHED
 TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES. NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-304: ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
 SETBACK ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 --FRONT: 25 FEET
 --SIDE: FIVE FEET FROM LOT LINES.
 --CORNER: SAME AS REQUIRED FOR PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
 --REAR: FIVE FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE ALLEY TO A GARAGE FACING THE ALLEY,
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 4. INDICATE THE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED
 SHED TO THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE. NOTE: PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-304(B)(3) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), ACCESSORY STRUCTURES SHALL BE
 LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN SIX (6) FEET TO THE PRINCIPAL
 STRUCTURE.
