 1) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. THIS INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 3) 106.1.3* BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM
 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, OR OTHER
 ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH
 THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT. SUBMIT
 DRAFTSMAN QUALITY PLANS SHOWING THE PROPOSED WORK IN
 DETAIL.
  
 4) THE PLANS SHALL INDICATE THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 6 AND TABLE 601 AND THE USE AND
 OCCUPANCY PER CHAPTER 3 AND TABLE 503. AN EXISTING
 FLOOR PLAN AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 TO SHOW ALL CHANGES. THE PLANS SHALL INCLUDE DETAIL
 ELEVATION DRAWINGS OF THE NEW SOFFIT WITH THE OPENINGS
 FOR THE AC DUCTS.
  
 5) IF THE BUILDING IS EQUIPPED WITH A FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM, SHOW HOW THE NEW CONSTRUCTION WILL AFFECT THE
 LOCATION ON THE EXISTING SPRINKLER HEADS FBC

 6) IF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS AN ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER LEGALLY REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THIS
 STATE REGULATING THE PRACTICE OF ARCHITECTURE AS
 PROVIDED FOR IN CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA STATUTES, PART 1,
 OR ENGINEERING AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 471, HE OR SHE
 SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND
 DATE TO SAID DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING
 DATA.
  
 7) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE. INDICATE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION ON THE
 DRAWINGS.
  
 8) 61G15-23.002 A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER SHALL SIGN HIS
 NAME AND AFFIX HIS SEAL TO ALL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
 REPORTS, FINAL BID DOCUMENTS PROVIDED TO THE OWNER OR
 THE OWNER?S REPRESENTATIVE, OR OTHER DOCUMENTS PREPARED
 OR ISSUED BY SAID REGISTRANT AND BEING FILED FOR PUBLIC
 RECORD. THE DATE THAT THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL IS AFFIXED
 AS PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE ENTERED ON SAID PLANS,
 SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS, OR OTHER DOCUMENTS IMMEDIATELY
 UNDER THE SIGNATURE OF THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. THE
 LETTER SUBMITTED BY THE ENGINEER IS MISSING THE
 INFORMATION MENTION ABOVE.
  
 9) (2004 FBC) 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE &
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED & SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND REGULATIONS AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 10) WILL THIS WORK BE CARRIED OUT ON EACH FLOOR AS
 STATED ON TWO THE SHEETS? DOES THE OVEN REALLY EXTEND
 INTO THE LINEN CLOSET NEXT TO THE FOYER?
