 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET AND SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND LANDSCAPED OPEN SPACE AREAS SHALL BE
 PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS SHALL BE SODDED.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED INDICATE THAT AT
 LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE IS REQUIRED
 FOR EVERY 1200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE AND TWO (2)
 TREES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED. BECAUSE THERE IS 2840 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE, THREE (3) TREES ARE REQUIRED.
  
 4. TEN SHRUBS AT A 2 FOOT SPACING HAVE BEEN PROPOSED
 BUT SHRUBS HAVE BEEN SHOWN ALONG THE ENTIRE NORTH AND
 EAST SIDES FO THE HOME. THIS WOULD REQUIRE MANY MORE
 SHRUBS TO LANDSCAPE THAT AREA. PLEASE CLARFIY.
  
 5. ADDITIONAL SHRUBS WERE SHOWN AROUND THE AIR
 CONDITIONING UNIT. PLEASE INDICATE THE PLANT SPECIES
 AND QUANTITY OF SHRUBS TO BE INSTALLED FOR THE REQUIRED
 SCREENING.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF ANY OVERHEAD LINES.
 THE PROPOSED LIVE OAK CANNOT BE PLANTED WITHIN 30 FEET
 OF ANY OVERHEAD POWER LINES.
