 NOTICED THAT IT WAS UNADDRESSED AS 0 WINDSOR AVE.
 HOWEVER, I'M ALSO AWARE OF THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A
 HISTORY OF PREVIOUS CLOSED & EXPIRED PERMITS AT THIS
 SAME LOCATION IN OUR COMMUNITYPLUS DATABASE THAT LISTED
 1123 WINDSOR AVE ON THEM. I CALLED & TALKED TO THE
 OWNER, TYRONE G. LOCKE. I CHECKED WITH HIM & HE SAID
 THAT THE NUMERICAL LABEL OF 1123 CURRENTLY EXISTS ON
 THE STRUCTURE & THAT IT HAS BEEN USED AS ITS MAILING
 ADDRESS. SINCE I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM HIM, I WENT
 AHEAD & ISSUED THE NEW PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 1123 WINDSOR
 AVE, THEN I ADJUSTED THE DATA IN GIS & COMMUNITYPLUS. I
 SENT OUT A NOTIFICATION TO ALL RELEVANT PARTIES TO
 INFORM THEM THAT 1123 WINDSOR AVE HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY
 ISSUED. I ALSO E-MAILED THE PERSONNEL AT THE COUNTY TO
 UPDATE THEIR PAPA WEB SITE TO SHOW THIS NEW PRIMARY
 SITE ADDRESS OF 1123 WINDSOR AVE.
