 RESPOND TO ALL COMMENTS IN WRITING:
  
 1) ALL PLANS IN THE PACKET SHALL SHOW THE SAME SCOPE OF
 WORK AND CONDITIONS.
  
 2) THE PLANS INCLUDED IN THE BUILDING PERMIT PACKET DO
 NOT MATCH THE PLANS THAT P&Z APPROVED FOR THE ALCOHOL
 AND SIDEWALK CAF? LICENSES.
  
 A. IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE 4COP SRX REQUIREMENTS,
 THE NEW AREA SHALL HAVE AN INTERNAL CONNECTION TO THE
 EXISTING CAF? CENTRO. NOTE: DIFFERENT PLANS IN THE
 PACKET SHOW AN OPENING AND NO OPENING.
  
 B. THE PERMIT PLANS SHOW TWO (2) DOORS NOT ONE (1) DOOR
 LEADING TO NORTHWOOD ROAD AS SHOWN ON THE ALCOHOL AND
 SIDEWALK CAF? LICENSES. IS THERE A CHANGE BEING
 PROPOSED TO THE NORTHWOOD ROAD FA?ADE? IF SO, THEN AN
 ELEVATION PLAN OF THE NORTH FA?ADE, SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH NMUD BUILDING TYPE III ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 C. THE SEATING LOCATION AND NUMBERS SHALL BE REVISED TO
 MATCH ON ALL PLANS. NOTE: IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE
 4COP SRX REQUIREMENTS, AT LEAST 150 SEATS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 D. IF THE BUILDING PERMIT PLANS SHOW THE SPACE
 CORRECTLY, THEN THE PLANS INCLUDED WITH THE ALCOHOL AND
 SIDEWALK CAF? LICENSES SHALL BE CORRECTED.
  
 3) THE PLANS STATE THAT A ?HUNG CEILING? WILL BE
 REMOVED AND A NEW WOOD FLOOR WILL BE INSTALLED. PROVIDE
 THE FLOOR TO CEILING HEIGHT PRE- AND POST-
 CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE FLOOR TO CEILING
 HEIGHT SHALL BE BETWEEN 12 FEET AND 16 FEET. IF THE
 FLOOR TO CEILING HEIGHT IS CURRENTLY LESS THAN 12 FEET,
 THEN THE NEW WORK MAY NOT REDUCE THE EXISTING HEIGHT.
