 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. SHEET A-5 SHOWS THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SIGNAGE BEING
 REMOUNTED. PROVIDE DETAIL SHOWING AMPLE ROOM FOR CAR
 OVERHANG WITHOUT INTERFERENCE WITH THE SIGN. FOR
 EXAMPLE, IF THERE IS A WHEEL STOP LOCATED TWO (2) FEET
 FROM THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP AND CURB/SIDEWALK AND
 THE PARKING IS 18 FEET IN DEPTH, THEN THAT WILL COMPLY.
 OTHERWISE SHOW TOTAL DIMENSION OF PARKING DEPTH TO SHOW
 ACCOMMODATION FOR CAR OVERHANG. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED
 PARKING DETAILS FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
  
 RESPONSE TO RE-SUBMITTAL:
  
 REVISE THE TWO (2) FOOT DIMENSION TO BE BETWEEN THE
 BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP TO THE EDGE OF CURBING/SIDEWALK
 WHATEVER IS APPLICABLE. THE DIMENSION SHOWS FROM THE
 FRONT OF THE WHEEL STOP.
  
 3. SHEET A-4 DETAIL 4 - REVISE THE TWO (2) FOOT
 DIMENSION TO BE BETWEEN THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP TO
 THE EDGE OF CURBING/SIDEWALK WHATEVER IS APPLICABLE.
 THE DIMENSION SHOWS FROM THE FRONT OF THE WHEEL STOP.
  
 4. SHEET A-6 VIEW 7 - PURSUANT TO THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATION ("ZLDR") SECTION 94-443(C)(3)A -
 TERMINAL ISLANDS. EACH ROW OF PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE
 FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE
 ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL
 HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF 2 1/2 FEET AT ITS END SO AS TO
 ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL
 CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE.
  
 ** THE PROPOSED FLARED RAMP IS WITHIN THIS REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPED TERMINAL ISLAND, WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED.
  
  
 5. SHEET A-7 SHOWS PROPOSED VIEW #8 WITH THE PARKING
 STALL DEPTH INCREASING. AS A RESULT, THE EXISTING
 TERMINAL ISLANDS ARE LESS THAN THE ADJACENT PARKING
 STALL (PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3)A), THEREFORE,
 BOTH TERMINAL ISLANDS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE NEW
 PROPOSED LENGTH OF PARKING STALL.
  
 6. SHEET A-8 - DETAIL "B & D" - REVISE THE TWO (2) FOOT
 DIMENSIONS TO BE BETWEEN THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP TO
 THE EDGE OF CURBING/SIDEWALK/EDGE OF PARKING STALL,
 WHATEVER IS APPLICABLE. THE DIMENSION SHOWS FROM THE
 FRONT OF THE WHEEL STOP. ALSO:
  
 A. ADD NOTATION BASED ON COMMENT 7 BELOW, THAT THE
 OUTER LINE OF THE ACCESSIBLE AISLE TO BE BLUE AS NOTED
 ON THE DETAIL INCLUDED IN THE PAST REVIEW.
 B. THE UNIVERSAL SYMBOL SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF TWO (2)
 FEET FROM THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE STRIPPING.
 C. DETAIL "B" - DIMENSION SYMBOL OF 12 FEET IS NOT
 MEASURED AT CENTERLINE TO CENTERLINE.
  
 7. THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING (ATTACHED DETAIL INCLUDED)
 AND PARKING DETAILS DO NOT COMPLY WITH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"), REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 8. PROVIDE NOTATION AT ALL INTERSECTION/CROSS WALKS
 WHERE ACCESSIBLE PATH IS SEPARATED BY VEHICULAR PATHWAY
 AREAS ON SITE PLAN AND SHEETS WHERE SPECIFIC "VIEW"
 AREAS (ENLARGED DETAILED AREAS) ACCORDINGLY (AS SHOWN
 ON SHEET A-8 DETAIL "E" - DETECTABLE WARNINGS,
 TRUNCATED DOMES).
