 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. SHEET A-4, BOTH PET STORE AND HAVERTY'S CROSSWALK
 DETAILS SHOW THE NEW CROSSWALK RUNNING/CUTTING INTO THE
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS. REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3. SHEET A-5 SHOWS THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SIGNAGE BEING
 REMOUNTED. PROVIDE DETAIL SHOWING AMPLE ROOM FOR CAR
 OVERHANG WITHOUT INTERFERENCE WITH THE SIGN. FOR
 EXAMPLE, IF THERE IS A WHEEL STOP LOCATED TWO (2) FEET
 FROM THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP AND CURB/SIDEWALK AND
 THE PARKING IS 18 FEET IN DEPTH, THEN THAT WILL COMPLY.
 OTHERWISE SHOW TOTAL DIMENSION OF PARKING DEPTH TO SHOW
 ACCOMMODATION FOR CAR OVERHANG. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED
 PARKING DETAILS FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
  
 4. SHEET A-7 SHOWS PROPOSED VIEW #8 WITH THE PARKING
 STALL DEPTH INCREASING. AS A RESULT, THE PARKING DRIVE
 AISLE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO LESS THAN 24 FEET. PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-485(J)(2) THIS PROPOSAL DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH MINIMUM WIDTH STANDARDS FOR DRIVE AISLES, SEE
 FIGURE XV-2. ADDITIONALLY, SHOW THE LOCATION OF WHEEL
 STOPS, IF APPLICABLE TO SHOW WHERE CAR OVERHANG WILL
 BE. THE RE-STRIPPING OF THE PARKING STALLS SHALL MEET
 THE ATTACHED PARKING DETAIL, INCLUDING PAINT STRIPPING
 DETAILS.
  
 5. SHEET A-8 - DETAIL "D" SHOWS TO ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES IN FRONT OF EACH OTHER WITH A SIGN IN BETWEEN.
 THE MINIMUM PARKING STALL DEPTH IS 18 FEET, INCLUDES A
 WHEEL STOP FOR A TWO (2) CAR OVERHANG. THE PROPOSED
 DETAIL DOES NOT COMPLY.
  
 6. THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING (ATTACHED DETAIL INCLUDED)
 AND PARKING DETAILS DO NOT COMPLY WITH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"), REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
