 THE DEFINITION OF A DWELLING UNIT MAY BE FOUND IN THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-611: DEFINITIONS.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION (I.E. BUILDING PERMIT) OF
 THE CONVERSION OF THE REAR GARAGE TO TWO (2) DWELLING
 UNITS (DUPLEX). PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-75.
 MULTIFAMILY LOW DENSITY (MF14) RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT,
 TABLE III-1, A SINGLE-FAMILY AND DUPLEX MAY BE ALLOWED
 PROVIDED ALL OTHER APPLICABLE ZONING DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS ARE MET.
