 1. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE BUILDING ON WHICH THE PROPOSED
 SIGN WILL BE LOCATED. ACCORDING TO THE APPLICATION
 FORM, THE PERMIT IS FOR THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 8136
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD. HOWEVER, THE ELEVATION IS SHOWN
 FOR THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 8132 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD.
 PLEASE REVISE.
  
 2. PER THE ELEVATIONS SUBMITTED, IT APPEARS THAT THE
 PROPOSED SIGN LETTERING WILL BE CONTAINED WITHIN A BOX.
 IF THIS IS THE CASE, THAN THE TOTAL SIGN AREA WILL BE
 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE BOX (15.75 FT. BY 6 FT. =
 94.56 SQUARE FEET). IF THE SIGN LETTERING WILL NOT BE
 CONTAINED WITHIN A BOX, BUT INSTEAD WILL BE INDIVIDUAL
 CHANNEL LETTERS, THAN THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER THE
 APPROVED SEDONA COMMONS COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 (CPD), ORDINANCE NO. 4166-08, THE WALL MOUNTED SIGN
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 28 SQUARE FEET IN TOTAL SIGN AREA.
 ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ELEVATIONS SHOW THE
 WALL MOUNTED SIGN TO BE 35 SQUARE FEET (PROPOSED AND
 ALLOWED).
  
 3. PROVIDE THE SIGN PROJECTION FROM THE BUILDING
 FA?ADE. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-402(B)(14),
 WALL MOUNTED SIGNS SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 18
 INCHES FROM THE BUILDING FA?ADE.
