 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-408(D)(1)(D), EACH BUILDING
 SHALL BE PERMITTED ONE (1) SIGN, PLUS TWO (2)
 ADDITIONAL SIGNS. PROVIDE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF WALL
 MOUNTED SIGNS ON THE BUILDING, TO INCLUDE TOTAL NUMBER
 OF SIGNS ON EACH BUILDING FACADE.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-408(D)(1)(B), THE MAXIMUM SUM
 TOTAL AREA OF ALL SIGNS MOUNTED ON THE FRONT FACADE OF
 A BUILDING SHALL BE AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 94-409 IF
 THERE IS ONLY ONE (1) SIGN ON THE STREET FA?ADE, AND
 TWO (2) PERCENT LESS THAN THE AREA DESIGNATED IN
 SECTION 94-409 FOR EACH SIGN MORE THAN TWO (2) ON THE
 FRONT STREET FACADE. PROVIDE THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SIGNS
 AND SQUARE FOOTAGE OF SIGN, AND THE TOTAL SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF FA?ADE AREA OF THE FRONT (NORTH) FACADE.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-402(B)(14), ANY WALL MOUNTED
 SIGN LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR OF A BUILDING WHICH WOULD
 PROJECT MORE THAN 18 INCHES THERE FROM, SHALL BE
 PROHIBITED. PROVIDE THE OVERHANG/PROJECTION DIMENSION
 OF THE PROPOSED SIGN.
  
 4. ACCORDING TO THE ELEVATION, THE PROPOSED SIGN WILL
 BE 15 INCHES BY 179 INCHES. HOWEVER, THE CROSS-SECTION
 SHOWS THE PROPOSED SIGN TO BE BETWEEN 12 INCHES AND 14
 INCHES. PROVIDE DETAILS, TO SCALE AND WITH DIMENSIONS,
 OF THE PROPOSED WALL MOUNTED SIGN.
