 SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) THE PLANS NEED TO INDICATE THE USE AND OCCUPANCY PER
 CHAPTER 3, THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION PER CHAPTER 6 AND
 TABLE 601 AND THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING PER CHAPTER 5
 AND TABLE 503.
  
 5) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE. THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION SHALL BE INDICATED
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 6) THE ADDRESS ON THE APPLICATION AND THE PLANS DO NOT
 MATCH EACH OTHER. FOR RECORD PURPOSES THE ADDRESS ON
 THE APPLICATION NEEDS TO CORRESPOND WITH THE ADDRESS ON
