 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. THE SITE PLAN INDICATES A NEW WALKWAY, DRIVEWAY AND
 CONCRETE APRON WILL BE CONSTRUCTED. PLEASE INDICATE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE SURFACES (EXISTING
 AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT BUILDING FACADE). PURSUANT
 TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-482:
 REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 IMPORTANT - VERIFY WITH ENGINEERING SERVICES
 (561.494.1040) IF A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED WORK ON THE DRIVEWAY APRON.
 **DO NOT RESUBMIT WITHOUT THEIR WRITTEN
 VERIFICATION/APPROVAL.**
  
 3. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED OR
 RELOCATED A/C EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. AS PER
 THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(B)(4): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK.
  
 4. INDICATE IF ANY TREES WILL BE REMOVED AS A RESULT OF
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT. IF YES, A TREE ALTERATION/REMOVAL
