 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD. (561)233-5120) TO VERIFY IF
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING WALL SECTION THRU ELEVATOR
 AND STAIRWAY SHAFT. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS AND
 FASTENERS. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004 TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301.1 AND R601.2 OF 2004
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 ALSO, PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING INFORMATION AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUPPORT OF ELEVATOR.
  
 4- PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOF SHEATHING NAIL TYPE
 AND SPACING. INCLUDING NAILING AT ROOF ZONE #3 AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. (NOTE: MIN. 8D RING SHANK NAILS ARE REQUIRED AND
 4" O.C. NAILS ARE REQUIRED ON ROOF ZONE 3).
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ELEVATOR TO BE
 INSTALLED.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ICYNENE
 INSULATION..
  
 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (TWO COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY

 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 10- PLANS NEED TO PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR TYPE OF
 DRYWALL TO BE USED TO SEPARATE GARAGE FROM BEDROOM
 ABOVE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R309.2 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 11- LIMITATION #9 ON PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR METAL ROOFING
 UNDERLAYMENT FL3455-R1 STATES THAT ROOF NEEDS TO HAVE
 PROPER VENTILATION. PLANS CALL FOR ICYNENE INSULATION
 AND NO ATTIC VENTILATION. SPECIFY HOW PROVIDING ATTIC
 VENTILATION TO ALLOW THE USE OF THIS UNDERLAYMENT.
  
 12- REVISE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) CONDITIONED FLOOR AREA DOESN'T MATCH CONDITIONED
 FLOOR AREA SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 B) MISSING THE FLOOR CONCRETE SLAB ON ITEM #8.
  
 C) MISSING THE GARAGE ADJACENT WALLS ON ITEM #9.
  
 D) MISSING THE ADJACENT GARAGE CEILING AREA ON ITEM
 #10.
  
 E) UNDER ATTIC AREA IS INCORRECT. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 F) COMPLETE ALL INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM.
  
 13- SOIL TEST REPORT:
 A) NEED TO HAVE ENGINEER'S ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G15-23.002 OF FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 B) REPORT NEEDS TO HAVE ENGINEERING FIRM CERTIFICATE OF
 AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 61G15-23.002(2) OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND

 INSULATION ON 2X6 WALL. 2X6 WALL HAS 5 1/2" ACTUAL
 THICKNESS. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 A) WALL SECTION 1/4: SPECIFY ALL WALL CONNECTORS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301.1 AND R601.2 OF 2004
