| | B. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-446(2), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE |
| | MAINTAINED IN GOOD CONDITION, SHALL PRESENT A HEALTHY, |
| | NEAT, AND ORDERLY APPEARANCE, AND SHALL BE FREE FROM |
| | REFUSE AND DEBRIS. TREES ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY SHALL |
| | BE CORRECTIVELY TRIMMED BY A CERTIFIED ARBORIST TO |
| | PRESENT A GOOD AND HEALTHY CONDITION. THE 2 POOR |
| | CONDITION LIVE OAK TREES ON THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE |
| | SHALL BE REMOVED. THE SEA GRAPE TREES THAT HAVE STARTED |
| | TO GROW ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE REMOVED. |

| | C. THE SITE PLAN APPROVED BY THE ZONING BOARD OF |
| | APPEALS ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1999, SHOWED A TOTAL OF 10 |
| | REQUIRED AND PROVIDED PARKING SPACES. HOWEVER, UPON |
| | REVIEW OF THE SITE, THE CONVENIENCE STORE ONLY REQUIRES |
| | 8 PARKING SPACES AND THE CAR WASH THAT WAS ADDED LATER |
| | REQUIRES 3 PARKING SPACES. THERE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY 7 |
| | PARKING SPACES ON THE SITE. WHILE THERE IS NO ROOM TO |
| | PROVIDE THE 4 ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES ON SITE, THERE |
| | ARE ON-STREET PARKING OPPORTUNITIES ADJACENT TO THE |

| | MACHINE SHALL BE MOVED TO A SCREENED AREA OR REMOVED |
