 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 3) FBC 424.1.3.1.2 SHOW HOW THE POOL DECK WILL BE
 UNIFORMLY SLOPE A MINIMUM OF 2 PERCENT AND A MAXIMUM OF
 4 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE POOL TO DECK DRAINS OR OTHER
 METHODS TO PREVENT STANDING WATER ON THE DECK. PROVIDE
 CRAFTSMAN QUALITY DRAWINGS WITH A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH
 SCALE SHOWING COMPLIANCE. THE CONTRACT ALSO INDICATES
 THE REMOVAL OF A HANDICAP RAMP; SHOW ON THE DRAWINGS
 HOW THE REMOVAL OF THE RAMP WILL NOT AFFECT
 ACCESSIBILITY TO THE POOL. BEFORE THIS RAMP IS REMOVED
 CONTACT KEN CONRAD AT 805-6666 FOR A PRE-INSPECTION OF
 THE AREA. THE DRAWINGS NEED TO CLEARLY INDICATE THE
 POOL DECK AREA.
  
 4) 106.1.1 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CODE. THE
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED DO NOT CLEARLY INDICATE THE PROPOSED
 WORK.
  
 NOTE: PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW)
 AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
