 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND LANDSCAPED OPEN SPACE SHALL BE PLANTED
 WITH GRASS.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445(4)(G)(3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPED AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY AREA MENTIONED IN ITEM #1.
  
 3. BASED UPON THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED, FOUR
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES ARE REQUIRED AND ONLY THREE
 HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.
  
 4, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(C), PALM TREES MAY BE
 SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE SHADE
 OR FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED BY THIS ARTICLE.
  
 5. PROVIDE A PLANT LIST IN TABULAR FORM THAT IDENTIFIES
 ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL BY NAME,
 QUANTITIY, SIZE AND SPACING. THE QUANTITY OF PLANT
 MATERIAL SHALL BE SHOWN IN EACH PLANTING AREA, AS WELL.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(B)(1), ALL OPEN SPACE,
 EXCLUDING VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION FEATURES
 AND SURFACE PARKING, SHALL BE COVERED WITH GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBBERY OR OTHER SUTIABLE PLANT
 MATERIAL. THE LOOSE STONE THAT WAS PROPOSED DOES NOT
 MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 7. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SUCH
 AS THE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS AND POOL EQUIPMENT.
  
 8. PROVIDE THE LOCATION ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN OF ALL
 UTILITIES, EASEMENTS, OVERHANGING TREE LIMBS FROM
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTY AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY
 INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED LANDCAPING.
  
 9. CERTAIN NOTES MUST APPEAR ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUCH
 AS DEPTH OF MULCH IN THE PLANT BEDS. REMOVAL OF ALL
 PROHIBITED PLANT SPECIES AND THE REQUIRED PLANT GRADE.
  
 10.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(G), ALL NEW DEVELOPMENT
 SHALL BE REQUIRED TO APPLY CERTAIN XERISCAPE TECHNIQUES
 FOR LANDSCAPING PRIOR TO RECEIVING A CERTIFICATE OF
 COCCUPANCY. THE ADOPTED DESIGN OPTIONS AND THE
 ACCOMPANYING POINTS USED TO MEET THE XERISCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE CLEARLY TABULATED ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN AS REQUIRED IN SUBSECTION
 94-448(D)(2)(G). SUCH A LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST SATISFY A
 MINIMUM TOTAL OF 15 POINTS FOR A SINGLE FAMILY HOME.
