 EXTERIOR WALLS SEPARATED BY LESS THAN 6 FEET (1828 MM)
 SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN A ONE-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE
 RATING WITH EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL
 NOT EXTEND TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM
 AN ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL. R302.2 OPENINGS SHALL
 NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF A DWELLING OR
 ACCESSORY BUILDING THAT IS SEPARATED FROM AN ADJACENT
 BUILDING BY A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 6 FEET (1828 MM).
 THIS DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED PERPENDICULAR TO THE
 LINE USED TO DETERMINE THE SEPARATION DISTANCE THE
 STRUCTURE IS LESS THAN 6' FROM THE PROPERTY LINE IN ONE
 SIDE. SPECIFY THE DISTANCE TO STRUCTURES ON THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY AT THIS LOCATION.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE MINIMUM SIZE OF THE ATTIC ACCESS
 OPENINGS ON THE PLANS. R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS.
 IN BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER. THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS
 THAN 22 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY 762 MM) AND
 SHALL BE LOCATED IN A HALLWAY OR OTHER READILY
 ACCESSIBLE LOCATION. A 30-INCH (762 MM) MINIMUM
 UNOBSTRUCTED HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AT SOME POINT ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING. SEE
 SECTION M1305.1.3 FOR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS WHERE
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED IN ATTICS.
  
 3) ON SHEET A2.3 THE WRONG CODE AND SECTION ARE
 SPECIFIED FOR THE ROOF VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS. THE
 CODE IS 2004 FBC AND THE SECTION IS R806.2 FROM THE FBC
 RESIDENTIAL. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE HEIGHT OF THE GUARDS ON THE STAIR
 DETAILS. R312.1 GUARDS REQUIRED. PORCHES, BALCONIES OR
 RAISED FLOOR SURFACES LOCATED MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762
 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR OR GRADE BELOW SHALL HAVE GUARDS
 NOT LESS THAN 36 INCHES (914 MM) IN HEIGHT. OPEN SIDES
 OF STAIRS WITH A TOTAL RISE OF MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762
 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR OR GRADE BELOW SHALL HAVE GUARDS
 NOT LESS THAN 34 INCHES (864 MM) IN HEIGHT MEASURED
 VERTICALLY FROM THE NOSING OF THE TREADS.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R502.1.2 DRAFTSTOPPING
 REQUIRED. WHEN THERE IS USABLE SPACE BOTH ABOVE AND
 BELOW THE CONCEALED SPACE OF A FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY,
 DRAFTSTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED SO THAT THE AREA OF THE
 CONCEALED SPACE DOES NOT EXCEED 1,000 SQUARE FEET (92.9
 M 2 ). DRAFTSTOPPING SHALL DIVIDE THE CONCEALED SPACE
 INTO APPROXIMATELY EQUAL AREAS. WHERE THE ASSEMBLY IS
 ENCLOSED BY A FLOOR MEMBRANE ABOVE AND A CEILING
 MEMBRANE BELOW DRAFTSTOPPING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES UNDER THE FOLLOWING
 CIRCUMSTANCES:
 1. CEILING IS SUSPENDED UNDER THE FLOOR FRAMING.
 2. FLOOR FRAMING IS CONSTRUCTED OF TRUSS-TYPE OPEN-WEB
 OR PERFORATED MEMBERS.
 SPECIFY THE LOCATION AND MATERIAL (502.1.2.1) THAT WILL
 BE USED ON THE PLANS.
  
 6) ON SHEET S1.1, THE DETAIL MARKERS MISTAKENLY REFER
 TO SHEET S2.2, HOWEVER THE DETAILS ARE LOCATED ON SHEET
 S2.4. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 7) THE WINDOW AND DOOR BUCK DETAILS ON SHEET S2.4
 CONFLICT WITH THOSE ON SHEET A6.2 FOR SPACING AND EMBED
 REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE COORDINATE.
  
 8) ON SHEET S2.1 THE NUMBERING OF THE FOUNDATION
 DETAILS IS INCORRECT. THE FOOTING SCHEDULE SPECIFIES
 DETAIL 3 FOR THE ISOLATED PADS AND DETAIL 4 IS THE
 CORRECT ONE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 9) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R309.2 AT GARAGE AND STORAGE
 LOFT. R309.2 SEPARATION REQUIRED. THE GARAGE SHALL BE
 SEPARATED FROM THE RESIDENCE AND ITS ATTIC AREA BY NOT
 LESS THAN 1/2 -INCH (12.7 MM) GYPSUM BOARD APPLIED TO
 THE GARAGE SIDE. GARAGES BENEATH HABITABLE ROOMS SHALL
 BE SEPARATED FROM ALL HABITABLE ROOMS ABOVE BY NOT LESS
 THAN 5 / 8 -INCH (15.9 MM) TYPE X GYPSUM BOARD OR
 EQUIVALENT. WHERE THE SEPARATION IS A FLOOR-CEILING
 ASSEMBLY, THE STRUCTURE SUPPORTING THE SEPARATION SHALL
 ALSO BE PROTECTED BY NOT LESS THAN 1/2 -INCH (12.7 MM)
 GYPSUM BOARD OR EQUIVALENT.
  
 10) ON SHEET S1.3, THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN HAS AN ID TAG
 IN ONE CORNER WITH AN "X", THIS SHOULD BE AN "A".
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 11) IN THE ANCHOR SCHEDULE ON S1.3, THE H7Z SIMPSON
 CONNECTOR IS SPECIFIED WITH 2-8D NAILS AT THE TRUSS AND
 THE SIMPSON CATALOG REQUIRES 4. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 12) ROOF SHEATHING IS REQUIRED TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION R803.2.3.1 OF 2006 REVISIONS TO 2004 FBC
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL SHEATHING SHALL
 BE FASTENED TO ROOF FRAMING WITH 8D RING-SHANK NAILS AT
 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT EDGES AND 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT
 INTERMEDIATE FRAMING. SPACING OF RING-SHANK FASTENERS
 SHALL BE 4 INCHES ON CENTER IN NAILING ZONE 3 FOR 130
 MPH OR GREATER DESIGN WIND SPEEDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 FIGURE R803.2.3.1. PLEASE REVISE SHEATHING FASTENING

 13) THE SURVEY THAT WAS SUBMITTED SHOWS A ONE STORY
 STRUCTURE, WHICH DOES NOT AGREE WITH THE PLANS. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 14) ON SHEET A6.1 ALL OF THE WINDOWS ARE SPECIFIED ON
 THE PLANS WITH DESIGN PRESSURES OF +70 AND -90 PSF.
 THIS DOES NOT CONCUR WITH THE PRODUCT APPROVALS. THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE 5/16" LAMI SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS
 IN THE NOA DEPEND ON GLASS TYPES USED. SEE TABLES 1,2
 AND 3 OF THE NOA. THE FIXED GLASS DESIGN PRESSURES ARE
 BASED ON AREA. SEE NOA TABLES.
  
 15) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE 1
 X HEAVY MULLIONS DO NOT APPEAR TO WORK FOR DOORS E107
 AND E108, THE TWO 6' X 8' DOORS WITH THE 3' X6'
 TRANSOMS AT THE FAMILY ROOM. PLEASE PROVIDE AN
