 1. THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH BUILDING PERMIT NO.
 08080616 DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH
 THIS BUILDING PERMIT. PLEASE CLARIFY HOW THE SITE WILL
 BE DEVELOPED/RENOVATED. ALL SITE PLANS, LANDSCAPE
 PLANS, ETC. TO BE APPROVED SHALL SHOW THE SAME
 CONDITIONS.
  
 2. ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2007, THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT APPROVED A SET OF SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN
 AND PHOTOMETRIC PLAN FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. WHILE
 THE PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE SITE DO NOT REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT, THE CHANGES DO NEED TO COMPLY WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDRS"). THEREFORE, PROVIDE A
 REVISED SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN AND PHOTOMETRIC PLAN
 WITH THIS PERMIT SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE ZLDRS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT THIS PERMIT WILL BE FOR
 INTERIOR RENOVATIONS ONLY AND ALL EXTERIOR SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED ON THE
 PERMIT MENTIONED IN COMMENT NO. 1 ABOVE, THE PLANS FOR
 PERMIT NO. 08080616 SHALL BE REVISED TO SHOW PROPOSED
 DAYCARE FACILITY WITH THE OUTDOOR PLAY AREAS.
  
 3. THE REVISED SITE PLAN SHOWS 3 REGULAR PARKING SPACES
 BEING REPLACED BY 2 NEW HANDICAP PARKING SPACES ALONG
 THE EAST PROPERTY LINE. ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED SITE
 PLAN, THE REGULAR PARKING SPACES ALONG THE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE ARE 8.5 FEET IN WIDTH. THREE REGULAR
 PARKING SPACES, WHICH ARE 8.5 FEET WIDE, EACH, DO NOT
 PROVIDE AMPLE SPACE TO ACCOMMODATE THE 2 HANDICAP
 PARKING SPACES WITH A 5 FOOT ACCESS AISLE. PLEASE
 REVISE.
  
 4. PROVIDE AMPLE SPACE ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
 6,825 SQUARE FOOT PLAY AREA TO ACCOMMODATE A HEDGE
 BETWEEN THE FENCE AND THE DRIVE AISLE.
