 1) SEE BUILDING COMMENTS #3 AND #4 FOR FS AND FAC
 REQUIREMENTS FOR PLAN SUBMITTAL.
  
 2) IN ADDITION TO APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES, LIFE
 SAFETY SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 101, 2003. ADD NOTE TO
 PLANS
  
 3) CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION AND DEMOLITION SHALL COMPLY
 WITH NFPA 241. ADD NOTE TO PLANS
  
 4) PROVIDE MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION FOR
 WALLS AND CEILING SPECIFIC TO THIS PROJECT.
  
 5) IS BUILDING CURRENTLY PROTECTED BY AN AUTOMATIC FIRE
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM?
  
 6) FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 101, SEC. 9.6
 IS REQUIRED. ADDITIONALLY, SEPARATE SHOP DRAWINGS AND
 PERMIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 7) PROVIDE LIFE SAFETY SHEET ILLUSTRATING REQUIRED
 MEANS OF EGRESS AND MAXIMUM TRAVEL DISTANCE
 INFORMATION.
  
 8) PROVIDE OCCUPANT LOAD INFORMATION.
  
 9) ILLUSTRATE THE LOCATIONS OF ALL ILLUMINATED EXIT
 SIGNS AND EMERGENCY LIGHTING FACILITIES.
  
 10) EVERY ROOM OR SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A RESCUE
 WINDOW UNLESS BUILDING IS PROTECTED BY AN AUTOMATIC
 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM, OR THE ROOM OR SPACE DOOR LEADS
 DIRECTLY TO THE OUTSIDE.
  
 11) EMERGENCY PLANS IN ACCORDANCE WITH 101, SEC 4.8
 SHALL BE PROVIDED AND SHALL BE FORWARDED TO THE BUREAU
 OF FIRE PREVENTION FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. (561)

 12) ANY DOOR IN A REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS SERVING AN
 AREA OF 100 OR GREATER OCCUPANTS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH

 13) BATHROOM DOORS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO BE OPENED FROM
 THE OUTSIDE BY STAFF.
  
 14) PLANS SHOW A KITCHEN. PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO THE
 USE OF THAT AREA REGARDING COOKING. FOODS THAT PRODUCE
 GREASE LADEN VAPORS SHALL BE COOKED UNDER APPROVED
 HOOD/SUPPRESSION PROTECTED EQUIPMENT.
