 1) PURSUANT TO THE FINAL ORDER FOR ZBA CASE NO. 3212,
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT - CRIME
 PREVENTION UNIT, SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE THE
 CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS TO ENSURE THE ADHERENCE TO
 GENERALLY-ACCEPTED CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH
 ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED) PRINCIPLES. PLEASE PROVIDE
 WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM KELLY CARSILLO, CRIME
 PREVENTION OFFICE, THAT SUCH APPROVAL HAS BEE ISSUED.
 MS. CARSILLO MAY BE REACHED AT (561) 822-1620.
  
 2) PURSUANT TO THE FINAL ORDER FOR ZBA CASE NO. 3212,
 LIGHTING SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOT CANDLES WHEN
 MEASURED FROM THE ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT.
 SHEET E0.1 SHOWS LEVELS EXTENDING UP TO 2.4
 FOOTCANDLES. THE PLANS PROVIDE A NOTE REGARDING
 MITIGATION BY THE EXISTING FENCE, HOWEVER, WILL THIS
 FENCE RESULT IN LEVELS OF 0.5 FOOTCANDLES OR LESS?
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN AND THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DO NOT
 CORRESPOND REGARDING THE SIZE OF THE SCREENED
 MECHANICAL AREA AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 BUILDING. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A MUCH LARGER ENCLOSURE
 AND APPEARS TO CONFLICT WITH SOME OF THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS MATCH
 ACCORDINGLY. ADDITIONALLY, THE SITE DATA TABLE MAY NEED
 TO BE ADJUSTED AS A PORTION OF THIS AREA IS NO LONGER
 PROPOSED TO BE LANDSCAPING.
  
 THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DO NOT NEED TO BE CORRECTED, BUT
 ARE SIMPLY NOTES REGARDING THE PROJECT:
  
 A) THE OWNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ROLLING THE
 DUMPSTER TO A SUITABLE LOCATION FOR PICK-UP BY THE
 SANITATION TRUCK AND RETURNED TO THE ENCLOSURE UPON
 PICK-UP.
  
 B) ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE
 PERMIT.
