 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. THERE ARE SOME INCONSISTENCIES WITH THE NUMBER OF
 PARKING SPACES BETWEEN THE SITE PLANS AND THE DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A LOADING SPACE ON THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, HOWEVER, IT IS NOT SHOWN ON THE
 PROPOSED DRAWING/SCOPE OF WORK. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDR), SECTION 94-485 - TABLE XV-4: COMMERCIAL USES
 WITH A GROSS FLOOR AREA OF MORE THAN 1,001 SQUARE FEET
 REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE (1) LOADING SPACE.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485(Q)(1): BICYCLE
 PARKING. NUMBER OF SPACES REQUIRED. ONE (1) BICYCLE
 PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY 20 AUTOMOBILE
 PARKING SPACES, OR FRACTION THEREOF, IS REQUIRED FOR
 THE USE.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485(N): OFF-STREET
 PARKING DIMENSIONS. ALL PARKING SPACES REQUIRED BY THIS
 ARTICLE SHALL BE AT LEAST EIGHT FEET SIX INCHES IN
 WIDTH AND 18 FEET IN LENGTH; SMALL CAR SPACES SHALL BE
 AT LEAST EIGHT FEET IN WIDTH AND 16 FEET IN LENGTH.
 MINIMUM PARKING SPACE AND AISLE DIMENSIONS ARE SET
 FORTH IN FIGURE XV-2 AND PURSUANT TO - TABLE XV-2;
 GENERAL PARKING DIMENSIONS: TWO-WAY DIRECTION MOVEMENT
 REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 24 FEET WIDE REGARDLESS OF
 PARKING ANGLE AND DIMENSIONS GIVEN IN THE TABLE. THE
 SITE PLAN SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH THIS PROVISION; HOWEVER
 THE PROPOSED DRAWING/SCOPE OF WORK INDICATES 23 FEET
 BETWEEN PARKING SPACES. PLEASE CORRECT.
