 1) PROVIDE SUB-CLASSIFICATION TO THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE
 V (A OR B) ON SHEET SP-1, ASSUMED NON PROTECTED TYPE VB
 THEREFORE 1HR PROTECTION OF EXTERIOR WALLS ETC. IS NOT
 REQUIRED, SEE TABLE 601 FBC.
  
 2) PLEASE CORRECT THE DESIGN CRITERIA, SHEET SP-1 IS
 EXPOSURE C AND THE FOUNDATION PLAN ON S-1 AND COMPONENT
 & CLADDING ON S-4 ARE BOTH 140MPH EXPOSURE B.
  
 3) THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST
 EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS ICC
 (BVD), MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 PER 108.3 FBC*.
  
 4) THE STATE OF FLORIDA REQUIRES COLLECTION OF A RADON
 SURCHARGE ON ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION COMPUTED ON UNDER
 ROOF FLOOR SPACE PER 10D-91 FAC. THESE FEES WILL BE
 ADDED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION FEES.
  
 NOTE: FEES ARE DUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 230.68 FOR
 INCREASED VALUE AND STATE RADON FEES THIS AMOUNT IS
 REQUIRED TO BE PAID PRIOR TO FURTHER PLAN REVIEW.
  
 5) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SETS OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE,
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 6) PROVIDE AT MINIMUM 1 ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM PER
 R322.1.1 FBC 29" CLEAR WITH DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES, 2'-6"

 7) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF ENGINEERED TRUSS DRAWINGS THAT
 COMPLY WITH R802.10.1 FBC WITH PERMIT APPLICATION OR
 BEFORE INSTALLATION THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 8) TWO SHEET A-6 IN PLAN SETS PLEASE CORRECT
 ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL SHEET PER DRAWING LIST TO A-5.
  
 9) PROVIDE NEW TO EXISTING FOUNDATION AND STEM WALL
 CONNECTION DETAIL OR NOTE ON FOUNDATION PLAN.
  
 10) DOES EXISTING FOUNDATION AT COLUMN LOCATION GET CUT
 OUT AND REMOVED FOR NEW FOUNDATION OR IS THE NEW COLUMN
 BASE POURED BENEATH EXISTING IF IT DOES NOT MEET
 REQUIRED 18" WIDTH.
  
 11) SECTION THROUGH LVL BEAM ON S-3 HAS INCORRECT SHEET
 NUMBER
  
 12) DETAIL 4/S-3 DOES NOT STATE HANGER TYPE AT
 OUTLOOKER TO TRUSS CONNECTION

 14) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE HORIZONTAL SLIDERS HAS
 BEEN REVISED WITH THE STATE (FL 242-R7) AND THE
 MIAMI-DADE NOA (07-0815.09) THAT IS USED AS THE
