| | OBTAINED. UPON VISITING THE SITE, I FOUND THAT THERE IS |
| | A ROW OF MELALEUCA TREES ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE. |
| | THESE TREES SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN |
| | APPROPRIATE SPECIES (30 FOOT ON CENTER). TREE SPECIES |
| | SHALL COMPLY WITH FPL'S "PLANT THE RIGHT TREE IN THE |
| | RIGHT PLACE" GUIDELINES. THE WALL THAT IS REQUIRED TO |
| | BE SCREENED WITH LANDSCAPING FROM THE ADJACENT |
| | RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG THE EAST PERIMETER OF THE SITE WAS |
| | MISSING THE REQUIRED HEDGE. |

| | 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-446(2), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE |
| | MAINTAINED IN GOOD CONDITION, SHALL PRESENT A HEALTHY, |
| | NEAT AND ORDERLY APPEARANCE, AND SHALL BE FREE FROM |
| | REFUSE AND DEBRIS. ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS SHALL BE |
| | PROVIDED WITH A PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM. |
| | LANDSCAPING (TREES AND SHRUBS) ARE MISSING THROUGHOUT |
| | THE SITE. PLEASE RESTORE THE LANDSCAPING THROUGHOUT, |
| | WHICH WILL INCLUDE A PERIMETER HEDGE AND TREE ROW. |
| | ALSO, A TREE IS REQUIRED TO BE PLANTED IN EVERY |
| | LANDSCAPE ISLAND. |
