 2) PLEASE REVIEW INFORMAL CODE INTERPRETATION FROM THE
 2001 FBC DEALING WITH CARPORTS AND THERE CLOSENESS TO
 PROPERTY LINES AND AMOUNT OF OPEN AREA OR OPENING
 LIMITATION. THE 2004 FBC TABLE 602 AND TABLE 704.8
 FOOTNOTE"C" OPEN PARKING STRUCTURES WITH A FIRE
 SEPERATION DISTANCE GREATER THAN 10'-0" OPENINGS SHALL
 NOT BE LIMITED. WHEN IN THE CONSIDERATION OF REDESIGN
 THIS MAY BECOME A ENCLOSED
 GARAGE NEEDING TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF 406.4 AND
 THE PERCENTAGE OF ALLOWABLE OPENINGS IN THE WALL NEXT
 TO THE ALLEYWAY.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA: 1603.1.4 WIND
 DESIGN DATA. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND
 LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS
 GOVERN THE DESIGN OF THE LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM
 OF THE BUILDING:MISSING INFORMATION: THE APPLICABLE
 ENCLOSURE CLASSIFICATIONS AND, IF DESIGNING WITH ASCE
 7, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT. NOTE THIS IS NOT AN
