 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM ANY PROPOSED OR
 RELOCATED A/C EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT
 THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(B)(4): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK OR NO MORE THAN 18 INCHES FOR WINDOW A/C UNITS.
