 THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS/INFORMATION ARE REQUIRED FOR
 PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE.
  
 1. SHEET 4, FOUNDATION PLAN: PLEASE CORRECT THE
 FOLLOWING MISIDENTIFIED 2" AND 3" VENTS FOR BATH 2, AND
 BATH 3, TO BE THE FOLLOWING. PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING
 SECTION 701.1 SCOPE.
  
 A} BATH 3, THE 2" VENT SHOULD BE INDICATED AS A 2"
 WASTE STACK.
  
 B} BATH 3, THE 3" VENT SHOULD BE INDICATED AS A 3" SOIL
 STACK.
  
 C} BATH 4, THE 2" VENT SHOULD BE INDICATED AS A 2"
 WASTE STACK.
  
 D} BATH 4, THE 3" VENT SHOULD BE INDICATED AS A 3" SOIL
 STACK.
  
 2. SHEET 4, SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM AND FOUNDATION PLAN
 UNDERGROUND PLUMBING PLAN: AT A MINIMUM THE SANITARY
 RISER DIAGRAM SHOULD REFLECT THE FOUNDATION PLAN
 UNDERGROUND PLUMBING PLAN. PLEASE CORRELATE THE
 FOLLOWING BATHROOMS PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTION 701.1
 SCOPE.
  
 A} MASTER BATH WHIRPOOL TUB AND WATER CLOSET.
  
 B} BATH 2.
  
 3. SHEET 4, SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM: THE MASTER BATH 1,
 SHOWER REQUIRES A VENT. PLEASE KNOW THAT ONE IS
 INDICATED ON THE FOUNDATION PLAN, HOWEVER IT IS NOT
 BEING INDICATED ON THE RISER DIAGRAM. PER FBC-2004
 PLUMBING SECTION 901.2.1 VENTING REQUIRED.
  
 4. SHEET 4, SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM POWDER ROOM BATH:
 ONLY FIXTURES WITHIN TWO BATHROOM GROUPS LOCATED ON THE
 SAME FLOOR ARE PERMITTED TO BE VENTED BY A WET VENT.
 ANY ADDITIONAL FIXTURES (KITCHEN SINK, LAUNDRY SINK,
 WASHER, AND BATH #3) SHALL DISCHARGE DOWNSTREAM OF THE
 WET VENT. EPR FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTION 909.1 WET VENT
 PERMITTED.
  
 5. SHEET 2, GROUND FLOOR PLAN, POWDER ROOM: CLEARLY
 INDICATE THE WATER CLOSET AND LAVATORY SPACING FROM THE
 SIDE WALLS. A WATER CLOSET AND LAVATORY SHALL NOT BE
 SET CLOSER THAN 15 INCHES FROM ITS CENTER TO ANY SIDE
 WALL. PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTION 405.3.1 WATER
 CLOSETS, URINALS, LAVATORIES AND BIDETS.
  
 6. SHEET 4, SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM: CLEARLY INDICATE
 THE REQUIRED CLEANOUTS AT THE BASE OF THE FOLLOWING
 STACKS. PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING SCTION 708.3.4.
  
 A} BATH 3, 3" SOIL AND 2" WASTE STACKS.
  
 B} BATH 4, 3" SOIL AND 2" WASTE STACK.
  
 7. SHEET 4, SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM: CLEARLY INDICATE
 THE REQUIRED CLEANOUT FOR THE WASHING MACHINE WASTE
 STACK A FOUR FEET ABOVE FINISH FLOOR (4' A.F.F.). PRE
 FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTION 708.9 ACCESS.
  
 8. SHEET 4, SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM: CLEARLY INDICATE
 THE CLEANOUT AT THE JUNCTION OF THE BUILDING DRAIN AND
 BUILDING SEWER AS BEING A TWO-WAY CLEANOUT. PER
 FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTION 708.3.5.
  
 9. SHEET 4, FOUNDATION PLAN PLUMBING UNDERGROUND:
 CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE CLEANOUT OUTSIDE OF THE LAUNDRY
 ROOM BY THE DRYER VENT. PER FBC-2004 PLUMBING SECTION
 701.1 SCOPE.
  
 10. SUBMITTED ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE INDICATING A 50
 GAL. ELECTRIC WATER HEATER, HOWEVER SUBMITTED PLAN
 SHEET 2, ARE INDICATING TWO TANKLESS WATER HEATERS.
 PLEASE CORRELATE THIS ON THE RESUBMITTAL. PER FBC-2004
 BUILDING CHAPTER 13, SECTION 13-100.2 INTENT.
  
 11. SUBMITTED ENERGY CALCULATION NEED TO BE SIGNED BY
 OWNER/AGENT. PER FBC-2004 BUILDING CHAPTER 13, SECTION
 13-103.3 BUILDING PERMITS.

 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS, PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE
 OLD PLANS, CLEARLY INDICATE THE REVISION ON THE NEW
 PLANS, REMOVE AND REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
