 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL
 BE REQUIRED. FS 713
  
 2) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE PLANS MUST BE
 STAMPED AND THE RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
 APPLICATION. 233-5025
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R502.1.2 DRAFTSTOPPING
 REQUIRED.
 WHEN THERE IS USABLE SPACE BOTH ABOVE AND BELOW THE
 CONCEALED SPACE OF A FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY, DRAFTSTOPS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED SO THAT THE AREA OF THE CONCEALED
 SPACE DOES NOT EXCEED 1,000 SQUARE FEET. DRAFTSTOPPING
 SHALL DIVIDE THE CONCEALED SPACE INTO APPROXIMATELY
 EQUAL AREAS. WHERE THE ASSEMBLY IS ENCLOSED BY A FLOOR
 MEMBRANE ABOVE AND A CEILING MEMBRANE BELOW
 DRAFTSTOPPING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN FLOOR/CEILING
 ASSEMBLIES UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
 1. CEILING IS SUSPENDED UNDER THE FLOOR FRAMING.
 2. FLOOR FRAMING IS CONSTRUCTED OF TRUSS-TYPE OPEN-WEB
 OR PERFORATED MEMBERS.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE USED TO ATTACH
 THE 2 X 12 BEAMS AT THE REAR COVERED PORCH AND THE 2 X
 10 BEAMS AT THE FRONT ENTRY TO THE CMU WALLS. FBC

 5) PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL DETAIL OF THE PIERS AT THE REAR
 SECOND FLOOR BALCONY THAT THE GUARDRAILS ATTACH TO. FBC
 TABLE R 301.5.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE USED AT THE BASE
 OF THE 6 X 6 WOOD COLUMNS AT THE COVERED BALCONY ABOVE
 THE ENTRY. SEE THE WALL SECTION ON SHEET 6. FBC R 301.1
  
 7) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FAC RULE 9B-3.0472 CARBON
 MONOXIDE PROTECTION.
  
 8) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE ENERGY
 CALCULATION FORM. FBC 13-600.
  
 9) THE ENERGY CALCS. ARE INCORRECT. THE EXTERIOR WOOD
 FRAME WALLS ON THE SECOND FLOOR ARE NOT LISTED. THE CMU
 WALL ADJACENT TO THE GARAGE IS NOT LISTED. THE WALL
 SECTIONS ON SHEET 4 SPECIFY R-5 INSULATION AT THE
 MASONRY WALLS AND THE FORM LISTS R-4.2. THE CONDITIONED
 SPACE IS SPECIFIED AS 3790 SQFT ON SHEET 2 OF THE PLANS
 AND 3684 SQFT IS ON THE FORM. PLEASE CORRECT THE FORM.
  
 10) FBC 106.3* CITY AMENDMENTS PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 11) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE METAL
 ROOFING (SLOPED) AND THE BUILT UP ROOFING (FLAT). DCA
 RULE 9B-72
  
 12) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STEEL
 OUTSWING DOOR AT THE GARAGE AND THE INSWING DOOR AT THE
 POOL BATH. DCA RULE 9B-72
  
 13) THE NAN YA PLASTICS CORP. FIBERGLASS DOOR DOES NOT
 HAVE THE STATE OF FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL OR A
 MIAMI-DADE NOA. SUBMIT A FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL OR
 MIAMI-DADE NOA FOR ANOTHER DOOR OR APPLY FOR LOCAL
 PRODUCT APPROVAL. SEE DCA RULE 9B-72.
  
 14) THE PLANS SPECIFY A STEEL DOOR AT THE ENTRY, NOT A
 FIBERGLASS ONE. PLEASE COORDINATE PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WITH THE PLANS, DCA RULE 9B-72.
