 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS FROM PREVIOUS REVIEWS CONTINUE
 TO REMAIN UNADDRESSED....
  
 1) A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (RPD) SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO, AND APPROVED
 BY, THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT. NO MINOR AMENDMENT
 APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND
 ACCURATE SURVEY OF THE AREA UPON WHICH THE PROPOSED
 GUARD HOUSE IT TO BE LOCATED. THE SURVEY PROVIDED IS
 NOT CURRENT, NOR ACCURATE OF THE EXISTING CONDITIONS.
 THE SURVEY PROVIDED IS DATED 1998 AND WAS PRIOR TO THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING DEVELOPMENT.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN, SIGNED AND SEALED
 BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, INDICATING WHAT
 LANDSCAPING WILL BE PLACED AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 GUARD HOUSE. YOUR RESPONSE INDICATES THAT THE EXISTING
 LANDSCAPING WILL BE MINIMALLY IMPACTED; HOWEVER, IT
 APPEARS THAT EXISTING PALMS/TREES ARE IN THE LOCATION
 OF THE PROPOSED GUARD HOUSE. IF SO, A TREE RELOCATION
 PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED AND A LANDSCAPE PLAN PREPARED
 BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT WILL ALSO BE
 REQUIRED. NO LANDSCAPE PLANS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED,
 THEREFORE, THE FULL EXTENT OF THE MODIFICATIONS CANNOT
 BE DETERMINED.
  
 4) THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE GUARD HOUSE DOES NOT WORK.
 THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE GUARD HOUSE CONFLICTS WITH
 TRAFFIC CIRCULATION, PARKING, ETC. PLEASE CONTACT ME
 PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT TO
 DISCUSS. THE PROPOSED LOCATION CONTINUES TO CONFLICT
 WITH TRAFFIC CIRCULATION, ETC. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR
 GUESTS WHO HAVE BEEN REFUSED ENTRY TO TURN AROUND.
 BECAUSE GUESTS AND RESIDENTS WILL ALL BE UTILIZING THE
 SAME GATE, CARS WILL BE STACKED, IMPEDEING THE THE
 PARKING. PLEASE CONTACT ME REGARDING THESE ISSUES.
