 SUBMITTED IS NOT SIGNED NOR SEALED. THRESHOLD
 INSPECTION PLAN 105.13.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL
 REQUIRE A SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTIONS ON A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF
 RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
 OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING. THE PURPOSE OF THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN IS TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC INSPECTION
 PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO THAT THE BUILDING CAN BE

 USE ON 1/2 WOOD PLYWOOD OR WOOD PLANK. NOTE THERE IS NO
 GALVANIZED DECK THAT THE TILE ROOF SCREWS CAN PENETRATE
 TO ANCHOR THE ROOF TILE IN PLACE.

 HURRICANE WATCH OR WARNING HAS BEEN LIFTED. ALL SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS SHALL BE
 EITHER REMOVED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR SECURED IN
 SUCH A MANNER AS TO MINIMIZE THE DANGER OF SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS CAUSING
 DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY FROM HIGH WINDS. ANY
 PERSONS WHO FAILS TO COMPLY TO REMOVE OR SECURE THE
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS WITHIN 24
 HRS AFTER A HURRICANE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED SHALL BE
 SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $500.00. IN ADDITION TO
 THE ABOVE, A LICENSED CONTRACTOR WHO VIOLATES THIS
 SECTION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 113 OF THIS CHAPTER.
