 3A) 2ND REQUEST, THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN 105.13.1 THE
 ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO
 PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON A THRESHOLD BUILDING
 PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY
 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN
 MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING AGENCY PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING. THE PURPOSE OF THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN IS TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC INSPECTION

 CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE A CERTIFICATE OF
 COMPLETION WILL BE AWARDED.. PLEASE INDICATE THE
 ELEVATION OF THE FLOOR SLAB. THE MINIMUM SLAB ELEVATION
 IS 7'-6".
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE 3 ORIGINAL SIGNED & SEALED SOILS
 REPORTS. 1802.2.1 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 SAFE-SUSTAINING POWER OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE
 A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS

 HRS. AFTER A HURRICANE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED UNTIL THE
 HURRICANE WATCH OR WARNING HAS BEEN LIFTED. ALL SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS SHALL BE
 EITHER REMOVED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR SECURED IN
 SUCH A MANNER AS TO MINIMIZE THE DANGER OF SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS CAUSING
 DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY FROM HIGH WINDS. ANY
 PERSONS WHO FAILS TO COMPLY TO REMOVE OR SECURE THE
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS WITHIN 24
 HRS AFTER A HURRICANE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED SHALL BE
 SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $500.00. IN ADDITION TO
 THE ABOVE, A LICENSED CONTRACTOR WHO VIOLATES THIS
 SECTION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 113 OF THIS CHAPTER.
  
 15) 2ND REQUEST, BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
