 1) THIS IS CONSIDERED A REVISION RATHER THAN A
 SUBMITTAL, BECAUSE IT INCREASES THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR
 WHICH THE PERMIT WAS ISSUED. THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE
 PERMIT WAS TO REPLACE THE WOOD ROOF DECKING AND ROOF
 COVERING. THE VALUE OF THE WORK ON THE PERMIT WILL NEED
 TO BE CHANGED TO INCLUDE THE COST OF REPLACING THE ROOF
 TRUSSES AND ASSOCIATED ITEMS SUCH AS THE CEILING
 INSULATION, DRYWALL, ELECTRIC, MECHANICAL, ETC. THERE
 ARE ALSO REVISION FEES THAT WILL BE ASSESSED.
 PLEASE SPECIFY THE VALUE OF THE ADDITIONAL WORK. FBC
 108.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE ATTIC INSULATION, CEILING COVERING,
 ELECTRIC, MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, ETC. ON THE PLANS. FBC
 13-600, FBC R702 AND FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R806.1 VENTILATION
 REQUIRED.
 ENCLOSED ATTICS AND ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE
 CEILINGS ARE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF
 RAFTERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH SEPARATE
 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE
 ENTRANCE OF RAIN. VENTILATING OPENINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT WIRE MESH, WITH 1/8
 INCH (3.2 MM) MINIMUM TO 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM) MAXIMUM
 OPENINGS.
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R806.2 MINIMUM AREA.
 THE TOTAL NET FREE VENTILATING AREA SHALL NOT BE LESS
 THAN 1 TO 150 OF THE AREA OF THE SPACE VENTILATED
 EXCEPT THAT THE TOTAL AREA IS PERMITTED TO BE REDUCED
 TO 1 TO 300, PROVIDED AT LEAST 50 PERCENT AND NOT MORE
 THAN 80 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATING AREA IS
 PROVIDED BY VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE UPPER PORTION OF
 THE SPACE TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3 FEET (914 MM)
 ABOVE EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS WITH THE BALANCE OF THE
 REQUIRED VENTILATION PROVIDED BY EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS.
 AS AN ALTERNATIVE, THE NET FREE CROSS-VENTILATION AREA
 MAY BE REDUCED TO 1 TO 300 WHEN A VAPOR BARRIER HAVING
 A TRANSMISSION RATE NOT EXCEEDING 1 PERM IS INSTALLED
 ON THE WARM SIDE OF THE CEILING.
  
 5) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R317.1 TWO-FAMILY
 DWELLINGS.
 DWELLING UNITS IN TWO-FAMILY DWELLINGS SHALL BE
 SEPARATED FROM EACH OTHER BY WALL AND/OR FLOOR
 ASSEMBLIES HAVING NOT LESS THAN 1-HOUR FIRE-RESISTANCE
 RATING WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 119.
 FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED FLOOR-CEILING AND WALL ASSEMBLIES
 SHALL EXTEND TO AND BE TIGHT AGAINST THE EXTERIOR WALL,
 AND WALL ASSEMBLIES SHALL EXTEND TO THE UNDERSIDE OF
 THE ROOF SHEATHING.
  
 6) THE ORIGINAL WET SIGNATURE OF THE ARCHITECT IS
 REQUIRED ON THE ROOF FRAMING PLANS. COPIES OR SIGNATURE
 STAMPS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. SEE FS 481 AND FAC
 61G1-16.003.
  
 7) THE COVERSHEET FOR THE TRUSS SYSTEM DESIGN PACKAGE
 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH RULE 61G15-31.003 (5)(E). WHICH
 REQUIRES THE COVER OR INDEX SHEET TO HAVE AN INDEX OF
 THE ATTACHED TRUSS DRAWINGS. THE NAMING AND NUMBERING
 SYSTEM UTILIZED FOR THE DRAWINGS SHALL BE CLEAR AS TO
 HOW MANY DRAWINGS THERE ARE IN THE SET AND THE DATE AND
 SEQUENCE NUMBER OF EACH OF THESE DRAWINGS.
  
 8) THE PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 BY HISTORIC PRESERVATION BEFORE THEY ARE SUBMITTED.
 FEES FOR THIS REVIEW WILL BE REQUIRED.
