 1) REPEAT COMMENT (IN PART): THE HANDICAP SPACES ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE THE CLOSEST SPACES TO THE ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE(S). ALL HC SPACES NEED TO BE LOCATED IN THE
 NEW PARKING AREA NORTH OF THE ENTRANCE - THE TWO SPACES
 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DRIVE AISLE DO NOT MEET ADA
 REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE NOTE THE BUILDING REVIEWER
 COMMENTS ON THE POSSIBLE NEED TO LOCATE SPACES AT THE
 REAR OF THE BUILDING.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT (IN PART): THE SOUTHERNMOST
 CROSS-WALK NOT COUNT AS A CONNECTION TO A PUBLIC
 SIDEWALK AS IT DOES NOT ALIGN WITH THE SEDONA COMMONS
 SIDEWALK. ADDITIONALLY, THE SEDONA COMMONS SIDEWALK MAY
 BE REMOVED AS PART OF THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THAT AREA OF
 THE SITE.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT (IN PART): THE (NEW) NORTHERNMOST
 CROSS-WALK DOES NOT ALIGN WITH THE PROPOSED SEDONA
 COMMONS SIDEWALK.
  
 4) THE CONNECTION TO THE PUBLIC ROW SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO OKEECHOBEE BLVD. AND SHALL BE SHOWN ON
 ALL PLANS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REVISED PLANS MAY GENERATE NEW
 COMMENTS.
