 PROVIDE ANSWERS IN WRITING.
  
 1) WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DAY CARE THAT WAS SUBMITTED AS
 A PREVIOUS REVISION?
  
 2) THE PARKING DATA TABLE IS STILL CALCULATED WITH THE
 DAY CARE INCLUDED, YET THE DAYCARE IS NOT SHOWN ON
 PLANS. THE PARKING COUNTS DO NOT MATCH THE PARKING
 SHOWN.
  
 3) THE HANDICAP SPACES ARE REQUIRED TO BE THE CLOSEST
 SPACES TO THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE. ALL HC SPACES NEED
 TO BE LOCATED IN THE NEW PARKING AREA NORTH OF THE
 ENTRANCE. OTHER PARKING SHALL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4) THE SOUTHERNMOST CROSS-WALK IS SHOWN DIFFERENTLY ON
 THE VARIOUS PLANS, AND DOES NOT MATCH THE PREVIOUSLY
 APPROVED VERSION (6/18/08). NOTE THAT THE SEDONA
 COMMONS PORTION OF THE CONNECTION IS NOT PLANNED TO BE
 BUILLT AT THIS TIME AND THUS THE CONNECTION TO THE
 PUBLIC ROW WILL NOT EXIST AS INDICATED AND A SIDEWALK
 TO OKEECHOBEE BLVD. MAY BE NEEDED.
  
 5) THE (NEW) NORTHERNMOST CROSS-WALK DOES NOT ALIGN
 WITH THE SEDONA COMMONS SIDEWALK AND RUNS INTO A TREE
 AND HEDGE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 6) THE CIVIL PLANS SHALL SHOW PROTECTION OF THE
 LANDSCAPE AREAS WITH A D-CURB IN ALL LOCATIONS (NOT
 CLEAR AT NORTHERN DRIVE TO OKEECHOBEE BLVD).
  
 7) THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY SHOW CURBING ALONG
 THE EAST PROPERTY LINE SOUTH OF THE DRIVEWAY CONNECTION
 TO SEDONNA COMMONS.
  
 8) IT APPEARS THE NEW LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS A TREE BEING
 INSTALLED ON TOP OF AN EXISTING CATCH BASIN IN THE
 NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE (NONE SHOWN ON PREVIOUS
 PLANS).
  
 9) A REVISED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REVISED PLANS MAY GENERATE NEW
 COMMENTS.
