 3. PER FS 713.13 (1) THRU (6): A NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
 IS REQUIRED FROM THE - PALM BEACH COUNTY COURTHOUSE -
 4TH FLOOR RECORDING DEPT. 205 N. DIXIE HWY..
  
 4. SHEET 2 OF 3, "B" TRENCH DRAIN DETAIL: CLEARLY
 INDICATE ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION PER THE FOLLOWING FBC-2004 PLUMBING
 SECTIONS.
  
 A} CLEARLY INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE TRENCH DRAIN. IS
 THIS A PREFABRICATED TRENCH DRAIN? IF THIS IS A
 PREFABRICATED TRENCH DRAIN CLEARLY INDICATE THE MAKE
 AND MODEL NUMBER ON THE DETAIL. PER SECTION 1101.1
 SCOPE.
  
 B} CLEARLY INDICATE WHERE THE DISCHAGE OF THE STORM
 WATER FOR THE TRENCH DRAIN IS LOCATED AND THE SIZE OF
 THE DRAIN PIPE ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS. WILL THE
 TRENCH DRAIN DISCHARGE INTO AN EXISTING CATCH BASIN OR
 UNDERGROUND STORM PIPE? PLEASE CLARIFY THIS PER SECTION
 1101.1 SCOPE.
  
 5. SHEET 2 OF 3, 1ST FLOOR PLAN IS INDICATING A STORAGE
 ROOM ADDITION. PLEASE PROVIDE A ROOF PLAN THAT
 INDICATES HOW THE ROOF WILL BE PITCHED TO PROPERLY
 DRAIN, AND INDICATE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PER THE
 FOLLOWING CODE REFERENCES.

 WATER. PLEASE CLARIFY THE DETAILAND CLEARLY INDICATE
 HOW THE BALCONY WILL DISCHARGE STORM WATER. PRIMARY AND
 SECONDARY DRAINS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR THE BALCONY. PER

 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
