 CENTERLINE OF THE ALLEY TO A GARAGE FACING THE ALLEY,
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(3) OF THE ZLDR,
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN
 SIX (6) FEET TO THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
