 WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT. NOTE: 713.13(2) IF THE
 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 4) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE.
  
 5) PROVIDE AN EXISTING AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN
 SHOWING ALL CHANGES TO THE EXISTING LAYOUT OF THE
 SPACE. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED. FBC 106.1.1
  
 6) THE DRAWINGS NEED TO INDICATE THE TYPE OF BUILDING
 PER FBC CHAPTER 6 AND THE USE AND OCCUPANCY PER FBC
 CHAPTER 3. STATE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE SPACE PER FBC
 TABLE 1004.1.2. NOW THE SPACE HAS BEEN ALTERED PROVIDE
 A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING THE MEANS OF EGRESS WHICH
 SHALL INCLUDE EXIT ACCESS, EXITS AND EXIT DISCHARGE:
 ALSO, IF THE BUILDING IS EQUIPPED WITH AND AUTOMATIC
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE SPRINKLER IN
 RELATION TO THE NEW WALLS. THIS CAN BE SHOWN ON THE
 REFLECTED CEILING PLANS. FBC 106.3.5.1.1(5) (6)*

 BE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES AND A MINIMUM WIDTH OF
 36 INCHES; DETAIL #6 ON SHEET A-3 DO NOT MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT. NOTE: THIS SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE
 CUSTOMERS COMING IN FOR SERVICE. SHOW COMPLIANCE.

 TYPES [A] AND [E]. THIS SHEET HAS TWO DETAIL WALLS
 SHOWING AS A TYPE [B]. THE WALL LEGEND ON SHEET A-2
 SHOWS THE NEW WALL TYPES A/B/C AND E CLARIFY.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED SHOWING THE CORRECT
