 WHAT DESIGN CRITERIA THESE PLANS WERE TO BE DESIGNED
 TOO.
  
 2) PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE WIND ZONE INFORMATION:
 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 BUILDING:
 1. BASIC WIND SPEED (3-SECOND GUST), MILES PER HOUR
 (KM/HR).
  
 2. WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, I W , AND BUILDING

 UTILIZED, THE WIND EXPOSURE AND APPLICABLE WIND
 DIRECTION SHALL BE INDICATED.
  
 4. THE APPLICABLE ENCLOSURE CLASSIFICATIONS AND, IF
 DESIGNING WITH ASCE 7, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
 5. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. THE DESIGN WIND PRESSURES
 IN TERMS OF PSF (KN/M 2 ) TO BE USED FOR THE SELECTION
 OF EXTERIOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT
 SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL.
  
 3) THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TERMINOLOGY IN A SPRAY
 BOOTH AND SPRAY ROOM. THE 2004 FBC- BUILDING CODE
 COMMENTARY LIST THE PRIMARY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SPRAY
 ROOM AND A SPRAY BOOTH IS THAT SPRAY BOOTHS ARE
 PARTIALLY OPEN. WHEREAS A SPRAY ROOM IS TO BE ENCLOSED
 WITH FIRE BARRIER ASSEMBLIES HAVING A FIRE -RESISTANCE
 RATING OF AT LEAST 1-HR,
  
 416.2 SPRAY ROOMS.
 SPRAY ROOMS SHALL BE ENCLOSED WITH FIRE BARRIER WALLS
 AND HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLIES OR BOTH WITH NOT LESS THAN A
 1-HOUR FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING. FLOORS SHALL BE
 WATERPROOFED AND DRAINED IN AN APPROVED MANNER.
  
 416.2.1 SURFACES.
 THE INTERIOR SURFACES OF SPRAY ROOMS SHALL BE SMOOTH
 AND SHALL BE SO CONSTRUCTED TO PERMIT THE FREE PASSAGE
 OF EXHAUST AIR FROM ALL PARTS OF THE INTERIOR AND TO
 FACILITATE WASHING AND CLEANING, AND SHALL
 BE SO DESIGNED TO CONFINE RESIDUES WITHIN THE ROOM.
 ALUMINUM SHALL NOT BE USED.
  
 416.3 SPRAYING SPACES.
 SPRAYING SPACES SHALL BE VENTILATED WITH AN EXHAUST
 SYSTEM TO PREVENT THE ACCUMULATION OF FLAMMABLE MIST OR
 VAPORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 MECHANICAL . WHERE SUCH SPACES
 ARE NOT SEPARATELY ENCLOSED, NONCOMBUSTIBLE SPRAY
 CURTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO RESTRICT THE SPREAD OF
 FLAMMABLE VAPORS.
  
 416.3.1 SURFACES.
 THE INTERIOR SURFACES OF SPRAYING SPACES SHALL BE
 SMOOTH AND CONTINUOUS WITHOUT EDGES, AND SHALL BE SO
 CONSTRUCTED TO PERMIT THE FREE PASSAGE OF EXHAUST AIR
 FROM ALL PARTS OF THE INTERIOR AND TO FACILITATE
 WASHING AND CLEANING, AND SHALL BE SO DESIGNED TO
 CONFINE RESIDUES WITHIN THE SPRAYING SPACE. ALUMINUM
 SHALL NOT BE USED.
  
 416.4 FIRE PROTECTION.
 AN AUTOMATIC FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN ALL SPRAY, DIP AND IMMERSING SPACES AND
 STORAGE ROOMS, AND SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH CHAPTER 9 .
  
 4) 903.2.13IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 903.2 , THE PROVISIONS INDICATED IN TABLE 903.2.13 ALSO
 REQUIRE THE INSTALLATION OF A SUPPRESSION SYSTEM FOR
 CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND AREAS.
 903.2.13 TABLE 903.2.13 FLAMMABLE FINISHES.
