 FLOOR, BUT FAIL TO PROVIDE WIND INFORMATION:
 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 BUILDING:
 1. BASIC WIND SPEED (3-SECOND GUST), MILES PER HOUR
 (KM/HR).
  
 2. WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, I W , AND BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION FROM TABLE 1604.5 OR TABLE 6-1, ASCE 7
 AND BUILDING CLASSIFICATION IN TABLE 1-1, ASCE 7.
  
 3. WIND EXPOSURE, IF MORE THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS
 UTILIZED, THE WIND EXPOSURE AND APPLICABLE WIND
 DIRECTION SHALL BE INDICATED.
  
 4. THE APPLICABLE ENCLOSURE CLASSIFICATIONS AND, IF
 DESIGNING WITH ASCE 7, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
 5. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. THE DESIGN WIND PRESSURES
 IN TERMS OF PSF (KN/M 2 ) TO BE USED FOR THE SELECTION
 OF EXTERIOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT
 SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.
  
 3) ELEVATIONS FOUND ON SHEET 1.1A INDICATE A NEW BRIVK
 VENEER FRONT TO BE ADDED TO THE BUILDING. PLEASE
 PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 6 INCH AIR GAP REQUIRED FOR
 THE INSPECTION OFR TERMITES.
 2114.2 CONCRETE BEARING LEDGE.
 BRICK , STONE OR OTHER VENEER SHALL BE SUPPORTED BY A
 CONCRETE BEARING LEDGE AT LEAST EQUAL TO THE TOTAL
 THICKNESS OF THE BRICK , STONE OR OTHER VENEER, WHICH
 IS POURED INTEGRALLY WITH THE CONCRETE FOUNDATION. NO
 SUPPLEMENTAL CONCRETE FOUNDATION POURS WHICH WILL
 CREATE A HIDDEN COLD JOINT SHALL BE USED WITHOUT
 SUPPLEMENTAL TREATMENT IN THE FOUNDATION UNLESS THERE
 IS AN APPROVED PHYSICAL BARRIER. AN APPROVED PHYSICAL
 BARRIER SHALL ALSO BE INSTALLED FROM BELOW THE WALL
 SILL PLATE OR FIRST BLOCK COURSE HORIZONTALLY TO EMBED
 IN A MORTAR JOINT. IF MASONRY VENEER EXTENDS BELOW
 GRADE, A TERMITE PROTECTIVE TREATMENT MUST BE APPLIED
 TO THE CAVITY CREATED BETWEEN THE VENEER AND THE
 FOUNDATION, IN LIEU OF A PHYSICAL BARRIER.
 EXCEPTION: VENEER SUPPORTED BY A SHELF, ANGLE OR LINTEL
 SECURED TO THE FOUNDATION SIDEWALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ACI 530/ASCE 5/TMS 402, PROVIDED AT LEAST A 6-INCH (152
 MM) CLEAR INSPECTION SPACE OF THE FOUNDATION SIDEWALL
 EXTERIOR EXIST BETWEEN THE VENEER AND THE TOP OF ANY
 SOIL, SOD, MULCH OR OTHER ORGANIC LANDSCAPING
 COMPONENT, DECK, APRON, PORCH, WALK OR ANY OTHER WORK
 IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO OR ADJOINING THE STRUCTURE.
  
 4) PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE HOW THE GRAVITY LOADS OF THE
 BRICK FACADE WILL BE RESISTED OVER THE DOOR HEADERS?

 8) 1405.3 FLASHING.
 FLASHING SHALL BE INSTALLED IN SUCH A MANNER SO AS TO
 PREVENT MOISTURE FROM ENTERING THE WALL OR TO REDIRECT
 IT TO THE EXTERIOR. FLASHING SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE
 PERIMETERS OF EXTERIOR DOOR AND WINDOW ASSEMBLIES,
 PENETRATIONS AND TERMINATIONS OF EXTERIOR WALL
 ASSEMBLIES, EXTERIOR WALL INTERSECTIONS WITH ROOFS,
 CHIMNEYS, PORCHES, DECKS, BALCONIES AND SIMILAR
 PROJECTIONS AND AT BUILT-IN GUTTERS AND SIMILAR
 LOCATIONS WHERE MOISTURE COULD ENTER THE WALL. FLASHING
 WITH PROJECTING FLANGES SHALL BE INSTALLED ON BOTH
 SIDES AND THE ENDS OF COPINGS, UNDER SILLS AND
 CONTINUOUSLY ABOVE PROJECTING TRIM.
  
 9) WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 10) NOA 06-0405.06 PGT HR-710 HORIZONTAL ROLLER WINDOW
 IS 63" TALL WHERE AS THE ELEVATION INDICATES THE
 SLIDERS TO BE AT LEAST 7'-0" TALL AND THE PLANS
 INDICATE IMPACT BYPASS SLIDERS. DOES THE SLIDING GLASS
 UNIT GO ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR? PLEASE PROVIDE TTHE
 FLASHING DETAIL OF THE SILL AND TRANSITION TO BRICK.

 NOR DOES THE PLANS INDICATE THE HOW THE NORTH END OF
 THE BEAM IS SUPPORTED, AND HOW THE STEEL COLUMN IS
 ATTACHED TO THE STEEL BEAM. PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE IF
 THERE IS A BOTTOM PLATE ON THE STEEL COLUMN,
 SIZE OF PLATE THICKNESS OF PLATE, AMOUNT OF ANCHORING
 HOLES NOR SIZE OF HOLE AND TYPE OF ANCHORS TO BE
 INSTALLED. IS THE EXISTING FLOOR SUFFICIENT ENOUGH TO
 TAKE THE CONCENTRATED LOAD OF THE COLUMN OR WILL A NEW
