 HIGHER THAN PROPOSED, SINCE THE BIRM IS NOT CONSIDERED
 A WATERPROOFING METHOD APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 5C) SHEET FD2 THE LEFT DETAIL INDICATES THE SKIRTING
 DETAIL IS INDIRECT CONTACT WITH SOILS. THERE IS TWO
 CONCERNS. THE FIRST IS THE STATE APPROVED PLANS DO NOT
 INDICATE THE USE OF NATURALLY DURABLE WOOD OR
 PRESERVATIVE -TREATED WOOD, 2304.11.2.5. THE PLANS DO
 INDICATE THE SOILS BEING TERMITE TREATED.
  
 5D) NORMALLY THERE IS A 6" SPACE AS IN THE DETAIL AT
 THE RIGHT WHERE THERE IS A 12 INCH GAP BETWEEN THE
 MANUFACTURED BUILDING AND BIRM. 2304.11.2.1 JOISTS,
 GIRDERS AND SUBFLOOR. WHERE WOOD JOISTS OR THE BOTTOM
 OF A WOOD STRUCTURAL FLOOR WITHOUT JOISTS ARE CLOSER
 THAN 18 INCHES (457 MM), OR WOOD GIRDERS ARE CLOSER
 THAN 12 INCHES (305 MM) TO THE EXPOSED GROUND IN CRAWL
 SPACES OR UNEXCAVATED AREAS LOCATED WITHIN THE
 PERIMETER OF THE BUILDING FOUNDATION, THE FLOOR
 ASSEMBLY (INCLUDING POSTS, GIRDERS, JOISTS AND
 SUBFLOOR) SHALL BE OF NATURALLY DURABLE OR
 PRESERVATIVE-TREATED WOOD.
  
 5E) NOW THAT THE PLANS INDICATE THIS SOILS BIRM AROUND
 THE PERIMETER OF THE MANUFACTURED BUILDING PLEASE

 SHALL BE USED FOR ANY RAMP. THE MAXIMUM SLOPE FOR A
 RAMP IN NEW CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE 1 TO 12. THE MAXIMUM
 RISE FOR RUN SHALL BE 30" (SEE FIGURE 16).
  
 11-4.8.3. CLEAR WIDTH. THE MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF A
 RAMP SHALL BE 36". EXCEPTION: RAMPS THAT ARE PART OF A
 REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 44
 INCHES WIDE.
  
 11-4.8.4.(2) LANDINGS. ALL LANDINGS ON RAMPS SHALL NOT
 BE LESS THAN 60" CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP SHALL
 HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT & LEVEL CLEARENCE.

 2056-1552F MR LORENZO COULD NOT FIND THIS PLAN ON THEIR
 LIST OF APPROVED PLANS. MR LORENZO PROVIDED US WITH THE
 THIRD PARTY HILBORN WERNER CARTER AND ASSOCIATES
 ADMINISTRATOR SCOTT FRANCIS. MR FRANCIS INDICATED THESE
 ARE NOT STATE APPROVED AS OF TODAY. I ALSO SPOKE ABOUT
 ISSUES WE SEE WITH
 WINDOW TYPE "B" NOA LISTED AS SMALL MISSILE IMPACT,
 WINDOW TYPE C& D REQUIRE MULLIONS WHICH ARE NOT LISTED,
 DOOR TYPE 3 & 8 NOT HAVING WATER INFILTRATION TEST AND
 NO ROOFING INFORMATION, PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 MR FRANCIS INDICATED THEY WOULD CORRECT THE PLANS WHILE
 ALSO WAITING FOR THE FINAL VERSION OF TRUSS DRAWINGS
 AND NOT TO ISSUE THESE PLANS SINCE THERE IS NO STATE
 APPROVAL.
