 1- INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SUBMITTED SHOWS EDGE DISTANCE
 TO BE 3". NEED TO REVISE ANCHOR SPACING AS REQUIRED BY
 EDGE DISTANCE VERSUS SPACING FOR ANCHORS ON SHEET7 OF
 10OF DRAWING 07-085 SUBMITTED (NEW PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED THIS TIME).ANCHOR SPACING IS BASED ON EDGE
 DISTANCE OF 3 1/2". OTHERWISE NEED TO REDUCE THE ANCHOR
 SPACINGBY MULTIPLYINGBY 0.83 SINCE EDGE DISTANCE
 SHOWN ON INSTALLATION SCHEDULE IS 3". (REPEAT
 COMMENT).
  
 2-CLARIFY SHUTTER SPAN SHOWN ON COLUMN 6 OF
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.EG: IFOPENING #1 IS 64" HIGH
 HOW COME SHUTTER SPAN IS ONLY 68"IF THE EDGE DISTANCE
 ON COLUMN 8 IS 3".SEE SHEET 4 OF 10 OF DRAWING
 07-085 TO SEE HOW IS THE PANEL SPAN DIMENSIONED.THIS
 COMMENT APPLIES TO ALL OPENINGS.PANEL SPAN DOESN'T
 REFLECT SIZE OF OPENING AND EDGE DISTANCE.ALSO,
 REMEMBER THAT EDGE DISTANCE EXCLUDES STUCCO FINISH OR
 ANY OTHER WALL FINISH. REVISE AS REQUIRED. (REPEAT
 COMMENT).
  
 3- REVISE TAPCON SIZE TO REFLECT MINIMUM EMBEDMENT
 REQUIRED FOR CONCRETE AND CONCRETE BLOCKSUBSTRATE.
 SEE SHEET 7 OF 10FOR MINIMUM EMBEDMENT REQUIRED AND
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. (REPEAT COMMENT).
 NOTE:MINIMUM EMBEDMENT DOESN'T INCLUDE STUCCO
 THICKNESS.
  
 4- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 713.13 FLORIDA STATUTE. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 5- PERMIT VALUATION WAS UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.THEREFORE, OWES
 $32.81 FOR UPDATED VALUATION. (REPEAT COMMENT. FEES NOT
 PAID YET).
  
 6- NEW PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED.THE MAXIMUM
 PANEL SPAN IS 7'-6".SEE SHEET 8 OF 10 OF DRAWING
 07-085.ACCORDING TO THIS LIMITATION PRODUCT APPROVAL
 IS NOT GOOD FOR OPENINGS 4 THRU 8.NEED TO PROVIDE
 ANOTHER PRODUCT APPROVAL.
