 PLEASE SEE TABLE 1607.1 FOR ADDITIONAL LOAD INFORMATION

 SHALL HAVE A REVIEW STAMP AND THE SIGNATURE FROM THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD OF THE BASE BUILDING ON EACH SHEET.
 THE BASE BUILDING DESIGNERS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 BUILDING UNTIL IT IS CO. FLORIDA STATUTES 471 AND 481.
 THE REVIEW STAMP IS MISSING ON PLANS.
  
 ** RESPONSE NOTED, HOWEVER IF THIS IS NEW CONSTRUCTION
 TO A SPACE OR BUILDING WHICH HAS NOT RECEIVE A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, AN ALTERATION LEVEL IS NOT
 RREQUIRED. AT THIS TIME OF REVIEW A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY IS NOT ISSUED TO THIS BUILDING.**
 5) THE DRAWING INDICATES ALTERATION LEVEL 3 WHICH MEANS
 THE WORK IN THE AREA EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE
 AGGREGATE AREA OF THE BUILDING AND IS MADE WITHIN A
 TWELVE MONTH PERIOD; FBC(EXISTING) 305.1. IS THIS THE
 CASE FOR THIS PROJECT? IF NOT PLEASE SEE SECTION 304 OF

 ACCORDING TO DETAIL #3, HOWEVER, THERE ARE TWO DETAILS
 REFERENCING THE #3. ON SHEET M1 THE DOORS ARE SHOWN AS
 DOUBLE SWING DOORS. CLARIFY. THE DETAIL FOR THE DRYWALL
 CEILING ON THE FIRST FLOOR IS MISSING FROM THE PLANS.
  
 B) SHEET A.4 NOTE #10 INDICATES THE FINISH DRYWALL TO
 BE FINISHED WITH ENAMEL PAINT: THEN REFERS TO FINISH
 SCHEDULE WHICH WAS NOT SUBMITTED. FBC 1210.2 WALL
 WITHIN 2 FEET OF URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A
 SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF 4
 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR. SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 C) SHEET A.2. PROVIDE DETAIL DRAWINGS SHOWING THE
 STRUCTURAL SUPPORT FOR THE SUSPENDED WOOD CEILING AND
