 MEZZANINE. THE PLANS NEED TO CLEARLY STATE THE USE OF
 THE MEZZANINE. THE MEZZANINE SPACE CANNOT BE INCLUDED

 OF THE MEZZANINE SHOWING THESE REQUIREMENTS.
